We had an order tonight, and just wanted to share our experience honestly.
When the delivery driver arrived, she knocked pretty hard on the door, which startled us a bit. Our 14-year-old brother answered, and right away she told him he needed to turn on the driveway lights so she could see better. Totally understandable if visibility was an issue—but it caught us off guard since her headlights were already shining directly into the house.
Then he mentioned there might’ve been a mix-up with the order, and she replied, “You gotta remember that they put pan pizzas in the cheese crust boxes too.” That came off a little sharp, especially since the cheese crust pizza is a newer thing, and we were just trying to understand what we received.
We still thanked her and wished her a good night, but she didn’t say anything back and just walked off. Not the friendliest experience, and it left a weird vibe.
No hard feelings, but maybe next time, let’s just keep it respectful both ways. All good, but why the hate and the rudeness? Just not trying to have driver Leele back at the house again.

Online order pricing is inconsistent and makes ZERO sense when it comes to type of toppings and number of toppings. Some toppings have hidden upcharges that are not stated until after you add it to your cart. If you want more than 1 meat that also adds an up charge. They nickel and dime EVERYTHING, and have nothing to indicate such up front. Dishonest consumer practices are evil and whoever owns this franchise is an evil and corrupt individual who should be jailed.

Ordered 2 hand tossed, got 2 thin crust. If I wanted thin crust it would’ve been on the order but it clearly says hand tossed on the receipt they threw on top of the pizza. Not only that but it was so oily it was completely limp. Super gross. Do not recommend. And you guys got rid of the plain breadsticks so no reason to come back.

There cheese breads are better than the pizza! I really appreciate a white sauce pizza. My body can't take the tomatoes sauce, so hurray for making pizza a possibility!

They were on time, food was hot. I did have to call about missing garlic knots but they were so kind and delivered then within 10 mins. Amazing. Cant say the same for monicles when they have forgotten something. :)
For Dominos this one is the best in the Lafayette area I will drive across town to go to this one. Everything about it makes it the best one in the area. The food is always done perfectly even for my picky kids lol. They love the chalk wall, the step up so they can see it get made and the employees are just great, especially a man named Bret H. he is always there when I come in and treats me and my kids great. Again I drive across town just for this one.

Ordered food @ 10:14PM didn’t get the food until 12:35PM. Food was stone cold upon delivery, and our order was wrong! I tried running out to wave down the driver but driver Nikolas, drove off. For what Dominoes is, this location has always delivered their standard but recently the consistency has fallen off, unfortunately.
