This is a warning to all doordash drivers to not go here.Respectfully, no doordasher wants to pick up food here. It has a reputation. There seems to be little priority for the delivery orders. Having multiple revenue streams is probably beneficial to your business, but if you begin telling delivery drivers "it’s going to be an hour wait,” then what’s the point? Customers are more likely to cancel orders at that point. I don’t know what makes more, the in store orders or the doordash deliveries, but if you want to be successful with doordash, you need to start prioritizing the delivery driver orders.

Great place to eat! They have a wide selection and very good with dietary restrictions. Near campus and great atmosphere as well.

This place has super limited hours and the dining room has been closed for quite some time. However, their bagels and spreads are good! The only downside is that sometimes the employees are focused on chatting with one another and try to delegate who will work with the customers.

Tell me why a bagel place can't cut bagels? All of my bagels were dissembled improperly and literally butchered as if it was a slice of steak. Please also tell me why there was an eggshell in my bagel sandwich. I'm literally vegan.

After leaving a review about the restaurant not fulfilling our order and giving us a really hard time about it the "business manager" left a note to submit something through their website. I did that. It's now been over 4 weeks and I haven't heard anything from them. Very poor business. I do not Recommend.

Dining is closed permanently. Line was long. Nowhere to sit while you wait for your order. Sandwich was mid. Schemere was pretty good though.

The vibe is very dismal and gray in this place because the dining room is closed, so the place is mostly empty space with tattered printed paper signs stating something to the effect of "to go only dining room closed," except on the most important place to post one which is the entrance to the building. The person in front of me in line asked why that is, and the employee said that all EBB's do not have dining rooms open and are changing their model. The employee sounded tired of explaining this to customers. I was looking forward to sitting down and eating inside the business. The outside of the business is inviting, but the inside feels like March 2020.The sandwich was decent but very overpriced (see minimal contents in photo). I did ask for no egg but was still charged for the egg sandwich. Perhaps there are no other options in the software to make it cheaper, which is understandable but was not conveyed to me.All in all, I unfortunately don’t feel like I will be returning.

Better than the average Einstein's. The only flaw was that there is no inside, or outside seating. All the tables and chairs have been stacked away. Is this the remnants of old Covid or in preparation of the new Covid variants? Possibly this could be that this store lacks the staff, due to nationwide labor shortages, to wipe down tables.

I wanted to try a bagel I'd seen on the Google reviews menu, the crispy chicken sandwich. When I asked about it, I was mocked for asking for chicken. They claimed there is nothing in the kitchen to make the sandwich, so I an unsure why it was listed as an offerable dish in the first place. I ordered a chorizo sunrise instead, and while the sandwich was not vomit inducing, the avocado on top was very chewy and very clearly out of date.
