Ordered 2 shakes with our meals and the person making them didn’t want to make them and was asked to make them more than once since they weren’t made correctly the first time. She was rude about it and the second time it was like getting colored water. It is unprofessional and disgusting.

It's five guys... The best burger for the money, period.Was just in at 5:45 on 1/11 and they must have had a no call no show because a blond woman was going it all. Grilling 9 burger patties, assembling burgers, cooking fries, taking orders. If it were me I'd have been stressed out of my mind, but she was cool as a cucumber as orders just kept coming in. She was polite, helpful, and professional. I was so impressed. After I ordered another guy came on shift to help her. But it was amazing watching her work.I wished I'd have gotten her name to leave here because she deserves a huge raise & promotion. Hell, if I had a job to offer her I would have.

Food was "ok" but not great .. and definitely not for the prices they charge. Wow, they ARE expensive!Parking: This restaurant is in a strip mall type shopping center with lots of other stores with just one common parking lot and during busy times parking can be hard to find.

fries were soggy and limp. burgers weren’t made properly, i never asked for onion or pickle and yet my burger had both. i asked for mustard and hot sauce, the burger had neither. the meat was also a weird texture. not a fan, won’t be back.
