The elder gentleman that was taking orders at the front was very rude to customers. Telling them they needed to get in line while the were trying to look at the menu and be out of others way. He said if they didn't get in line then people would be upset with him for not helping them. Very rude and snappy. Absolute poor attitude and worse customer service.
Did a pickup order yesterday, and everything went wrong. I waited at least 20 minutes past my pickup time, saw the employee check my bag and the receipt multiple times before I got my food. I haven't had issues in the past so I didn't think to check anything before I got home. Some of my food was missing, incorrect, and cold. You'd think for the extra wait and the multiple checks of my order, it would've been correct and warm. Very disappointed.

It's an upscale Steak and Shake if that makes sense. Counter service. Get a number and they will call you when your vittles are ready. It's a step above regular fastfood. Somewhere between Wendy's 5 guys. Good stuff overall.
Some chick with black hair and a black Freddy's shirt just made my day! She made sure to deliver my food swiftly and it was delicious!!! I really felt like a guest ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!!!!

Food was OK. Drink station was dirty and poorly stocked. Floor was terribly dirty. It wasn't busy and it seemed to be staffed. I also taken account of the two brand new employees trying hard as the experience crew here was just cruising. I have busted tail for over twenty years in these places, doesn't take me long to shop it out and chop down the situation.

Noticed at Freddy’s West Lafayette location lately… drinks never quite filled to the top, cheese curds container about 2/3 full, concretes dont need a lid because their are never quite full. Just an observation.
