Came through to get a Thai Chicken Bowl which is what I always order here. The guy in front of me ordered the same exact thing and the man who was fulfilling his order filled it all the way to the top and put a ton extra of the ingredients in it. When it got time for me to order, there was a different girl who was fulfilling my order. She began by barely putting any rice or chicken in my bowl and then didn’t put the Thai sauce that usually goes on there. I asked if I could have my bowl look like the last person who had ordered because it was overflowing and for there to be extra of the sauce, which when she responded said it just depends on who’s making it. I am extremely dissatisfied with their service because every time I come here it is inconsistent and I get a different amount of food.

The food here is amazing, one of my favorite places on campus, but the last 5 times I have made an order here I feel like I have had to teach the some of the staff how to make the salad. Multiple times i’ve had messed up orders. I don’t know who is on the hiring staff, but they need to not only work on their food layout but also actually train their employees how to make these meals that have less than FIVE ingredients. I am only complaining because their food isn’t cheap and is a really good on campus option to stay healthy, but the staff need to be trained or the setup needs to be change. (this is not to come off in any disrespect to the actual staff) I just think it’s frustrating as a customer to sometimes get great meals and other times have someone who seems like they have never made the food, as simple as a salad, in there life (which might be the case) every week, and watch them spend lots of time trying to find the right sauce just to put buffalo ranch instead of bbq ranch. additionally, i find it frustrating how half of the time i order their hot foods are not available and they close all the food options down at 7 (only offering smoothies) until it closes at 8.

45 minutes, two workers in one manager, No other clients- we had to walk up three times to get them to make them food, and they got the order wrong twice. they didn’t have any of the ingredients in the chicken for a chicken salad was frozen solid. If I could give you zero stars I would have.

I received shockingly slow service. The guy working the counter went slow enough that I'm pretty sure I would have been able to make my "wrap" (which used a brittle tortilla for some strange reason) myself in half the time.

Really liked the Maui smoothie and power rice bowl. Took off a star because none of the staff were wearing gloves when preparing food.

I normally give pretty good reviews but 4/5 times I have been here, the frozen yogurt machine wasn't working or I have had to wait 20 minutes for the froyo to be made. The management could do a better job with speed of service and organization. They have lost my business several times b/c the froyo machine was out. The food and yogurt is tasty though!
