The quality of both food and service here is unusually high. It is by far my favorite takeout in the Lafayette area. I visit every week.

Best food in West Lafayette hands down. I have never had an issue with any of my orders, and my food always tastes phenomenal.

The food is good, but it's nothing special. Compared to some of the Mediterranean food I have had abroad, it doesn't taste quite the same.
I did appreciate the large portions for the rice which came with the Sultan's Kebab, and you will have leftovers unless you are a big back. The backlava was delicious. Overall, it's a good spot to go for a different type of food in WL.

I ordered food from this place for four people — two adults and two children. We got lamb, beef, lula kebab, and chicken. Unfortunately, the lamb, beef, and lula tasted off, almost as if the meat had gone bad. The chicken and the baklava were good, though.
I came back to the restaurant to show the food. My kids had already eaten the rice, so I only brought the lamb, beef, and lula. When I asked the owner to smell the beef, he refused and threw everything straight into the trash. Instead of calmly resolving the issue and refunding me, he kept insisting the meat was fresh. In the end, he only returned part of the money, and even that felt like he was doing me a favor.
I honestly thought this place was good, but it turned out to be very disappointing. Whatever the owner replies to this review, please don’t fall for it. I’m sharing my real experience, and I’m attaching photos so you can judge for yourselves.

The owner is toxic. Instead of you apologising for selling spoiled and expired food, he accuses of scamming people. I should have taken a picture of his food in my trash can. I am glad we were able to do the refund but we had to drive back there. With this attitude you are not going anywhere. Good luck with your business. I will make sure to tell everyone to avoid this place.

turkish lamb kebob is absolutely sensational, as well as the falafel wrap.

Some of the best flavor around - always bright and fresh. Very well priced and fast. I adore this place.
Positives - Good quantity, affordable, rice is better
Negative - Fries are soggy and bland, dressings are stale, overall I felt food is bland.

Today was my first time eating here, and I honestly cannot say enough great words about the atmosphere the food or even the pricing. I’ve eaten at other Mediterranean restaurants on campus to no fault of their own Halas Put them all the shame. The selection of toppings were plentiful, the sauces had great flavor. I spoke with the owner and he was in a very polite and knowledgeable. He was working hands-on with the staff, which is something you don’t see a lot. Just a great atmosphere definitely will Be returning soon.

I tried other restaurants around campus that claim they serve middetearanean food, but as an indigenous person to that region, I can tell you, this is authentic middetearanean food! 🥰 the food looks good, smells great and tastes AMAZING! Top all that with the nice staff and owner! Thak you! I regretted not taking a picture but I couldn’t wait! 😅

Disappointing food. Had the mujadara, veggie platter and lentil soup. Veggie platter was bland, lentil soup was too salty. Mujadara was good, but not good enough to make me want to come again. Food was served in to go containers. There are nicer restaurants in the same building. Considering going to Taste of India instead.
EDIT: If you see my reviews, I've written glowing praise for several Mediterranean restaurants (including those in West Lafayette). I am not biased for any cuisine nor advertising (as I have no stake in any restaurant). I am also VERY familiar with Mediterranean cuisine from extensive travel to the region itself. Taste is an individual matter - and that's the whole point of writing a review. Portion size do not make up for blandness of food or dislike for taste (which again is individual-specific). Recommendation and advertisement are two very different things. People go to restaurants not just for the cuisine or the portion size or cost, but also for the taste - and someone does not like it, they just don't like it. In that location, there are several other restaurants to choose from.

Our meal was delicious! We tried a mix of kebobs (Turkish, Beef, and Chicken), all outstanding. The meats were tender and flavorful. The rice is also fabulous. We also tried the falafel, tabbouleh, and tahini salad—again, all were wonderful! We ordered for carry-out and our food was ready in less than 20 minutes and it was hot and fresh. We didn’t require much service besides picking up at the counter and the gentleman working was quite pleasant. The only thing I’m sad about is the baklava—because I wish I’d ordered a large instead of small because it’s amazing! Looking forward to eating here again. Highly recommend.

Very delicious food!
I got the lamb kabob platter, $0.99 hummus cup and pita bread. The grilled veggies (part of the plate) are also very good!
