I'm really sad that I'll no longer be using delivery with them. I order online 80% of the time using the coupons. Well today I got all my stuff UN TAPPED. Or un sealed. I called and asked because is super unsanitary. The employee said "I'm too lazy"

Pre-ordered and paid for party pack of Halloween cookies two weeks in advance. Get to pick up and they say they sold out of Halloween cookies. Don’t be fooled, pre-pay and pre-order does not guarantee you anything! Sad kiddos!

Don't order from here. They deliver to the wrong address every time. Wait until somewhere else is open and actually get your food. Worst experience ever. Twice. Also barely any process for getting a refund if they mess the whole thing up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'll drive to Indy to get cookies before trusting them to care at all. Total lost to insomnia=80 dollars. Total cookies from that 80=0. GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
i thought, since this place pretty much only does cookies, that the cookies would be bigger than normal or taste better than normal but nope. crew was sketchy, slow and only mentioned that they were out of several flavors after i ordered. like, dude working there had no idea what was available and what wasn't until he reached in the "warmer" for them. the building was dirty and the box used for my order had a liner that already had stains from something else sitting in it beforehand and had been removed. cookies were mid, at best, and cold, which was surprising considering they came straight out of the "warmer" behind the front desk. some of the cookie flavors straight-up just suck. there are at least three local bakeries in town that blow this place out of the water by offering a bigger, better cookie at a lower price. the only reason you would ever go here is because you are drunk and everything else is closed. if it is during the day, go to scones and doilies, sweet revolution or o'rears. you'll save money and get a better cookie.

Worst experience out of hundreds of Insomnia visits! I took a large group (20 people) for cookies at 9:45 pm. 3 employees were working at the beginning, we all finally got our cookies after an HOUR and all of a a sudden there were 8 employees! Yep it took an hour to serve our group and most of our cookies were cold...or not fully cooked. The workers need to work on their efficiency skills instead of their weed smoking skills, efficiency will get them further in life! Sadly that will be my last visit to Insomnia for this alumni.
