Quick service, warm cookies, but the workers had a crazy attitude. Literally didn’t say a word to us just stared at us and waited for us to order. The other two workers were literally making out on the bench outside. Threw off the whole experience tbh

Very disappointing. I paid $30 for 3 small cookies a tiny hard brownie and a cup of ice cream. I’ve received ranch portions bigger than my ice cream cup. I was 3 minutes late ordering from crumbl, so I thought I would try another place. I can't believe I wasted my money and received half the product I would have somewhere else. Do not recommend.

I'm really sad that I'll no longer be using delivery with them. I order online 80% of the time using the coupons. Well today I got all my stuff UN TAPPED. Or un sealed. I called and asked because is super unsanitary. The employee said "I'm too lazy"

Don't order from here. They deliver to the wrong address every time. Wait until somewhere else is open and actually get your food. Worst experience ever. Twice. Also barely any process for getting a refund if they mess the whole thing up. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I'll drive to Indy to get cookies before trusting them to care at all. Total lost to insomnia=80 dollars. Total cookies from that 80=0. GO TO A DIFFERENT PLACE. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD.
