I was traveling through the area, helping my niece buy a car. We stopped here for lunch. It was very busy, but very fast and friendly. Our cashier, Angel, was helpful and outgoing. Turns out she was the delivery driver stepping in to help out between deliveries.
01/29/25- Evening. A promotional reward was added to my account, so after a long day I decided to stop by to use it. I was greeted with a big smile from Rachel. I was happy to chat with her. I asked what subs were part of the promotion. Rachel didn’t mind my questions and helped me out. When I asked for extra Jimmy peppers 🌶️ that’s when I Heidi took over. Heidi had started on my sub once my order was placed. You know they’re super fast so next thing I know she asked if she had put enough peppers. Heidi put a huge smile on my face when she put more than the usual ten peppers the others add. Tonight these two ladies turned a sad night into a good evening with my Jimmy sub. They both have a good attitude and work great together. I hope Rachel and Heidi get recognized.
01/15/25- Morning. Austin, Gwen and Alex seem to be the AM crew when I visit early morning. Austin is at the front greeting and taking sub orders. He is always patient and lets me take my time picking out a sub. Gwen is on standby waiting for the order to go through to start the sub. When I asked Gwen for extra Jimmy peppers she made sure I had enough. She did not seem bothered I asked late. Alex handles the stocking and prep in the back but it doesn’t stop him from greeting customers and making us feel welcomed. All three of them work great as a team. It takes a team to make a sub. I had great customer service. If you're looking for fast and great service they're the crew. I had a great start to my day thanks to them! Thank you Austin, Gwen and Alex! Ya Sabes

I’m not sure who delivered my food, but he spilt my drink by my door and apologized and offered to bring me a new one. I said it’s no big deal at all and not to worry about it! I get a notification about 30 minutes later someone is at my door and I go out and look and there’s a large drink and a cookie with a note that says he is so sorry!! Not a lot of people go out of their way like this and I just had to leave a review to just thank him for his kindness!! It made my whole day and the world would be a better place if more people were like him! Thank you so much again!

Lovely staff clean place Sadat sewer service is open till five so we will have a few minutes before the service starts and we can go over to your place to pick you guys out and take a shower or whatever we want you can just leave the house at five or you guys could just leave it on your front door and we will go get the stuff from you.

We ordered on line picked. it up drove home. We got ready to eat the sandwiches and I was was not happy. I ordered a Vito it had no sauce and no onions. It was even suppose to have extra sauce so I had to drag out the oil and vinegar and an onion. What makes us so upset it seems on line pick up orders are not carefully made and it seems to be an industry problem. Does the customer have to be standing there watching there sandwich being made to get a correct order?

I really wish I could leave 0 stars. I waited 50 mins for my food to be delivered and still didn’t get it after calling twice. I missed my lunch. It’s so sad that the guy answering to phone just said well it will be there when it gets there. I ask for a refund and I got nothing.

Placed an online order, went in-store to pick it up. Wasn’t busy but 4 different parties came in and got their food and left before I finally asked where my order was. They acted confused and shuffled around some receipts and found my order. It then took 10 more minutes for my food to come out even though there were no other customers. Truly crazy. Was here for 30 minutes waiting for 2 basic sandwiches.
Awful experience. Ordered multiple sandwiches and they were all wrong. The man even asked the lady behind the counter if she got the order right and she said yes. No sauce, no onions, no cucumber, no mayo. Literally a plain sandwich. It’s not like this place is cheap either. I will never go back ever again.

Drove 800 miles and finalized outside of lafayette. Stopped by Jimmy John's for a sandwich. The young gentleman who took my order should be removed from this location. The kid has no customer service skills and very rude. Food was good tho.
