Online orders at this location are consistently piled up on the back counter with no one packaging them up. So annoying to come in 15 min after ordering and just seeing your sandwich sitting there and waiting for some employee to finally come and bag it up.

Said online open till 3am walked over in the snow and got there at 11pm, lights off and chairs on the tables but the worker still at register , I try to open door and its locked the worker gives me the side eye. Doenst come over to unlock or tell me they are closed , I get closing early like 30 min but closing almost 4 hours early is crazy and I was pissed.

Honestly the worst JJs I’ve ever been to, and I’ve given this location a couple chances cause the food is good. They will ignore you at the register to continue their conversation, not speak a word taking your order beyond the total price, be extremely slow while making your order incorrectly at that, and then hand your order to a different customer to walk out the door or be handled before you can do anything. All while yapping about trashy drama or stoner conspiracies. They’re nice people, and the food is good, but experience just sucks so I’m done coming here.

Accidentally ordered from the wrong location on the app and showed up wondering where my food was only to realize I was at fault. A young lady asked me about my order and talked to the manager. They made my order right there so I was able to make it back to work before my lunch break ended. First class customer service from both the employee and the manager. Sincerely appreciate their professional customer service.

worthless customer service, worthless workers who will skimp on food cost whenever possible. Ate here for the past 10 years probably, same sandwich, never had a problem til today, given its been about a year since i ate here. i dont know what happened in the past year but its awful and i will never eat from here again. pictured is my "tuna" sandwich w nothing but veggies and a tiny bit of tuna in the middle. first time ever writing a review it was so awful

I go here quite often since it's close to my class. Overall the food is amazing! The only issue seems to be the staff they never seem to care too much about the customers. For instance, I've been twice where it's busy and staff just sits in seats for customers in the eating area, and sometimes staff will give you the wrong thing because they don't call out what type of sandwich they put in the pickup area. I was excited to get some today but it was really busy and they couldn't key in a "slim 4" idk why but I just decided to leave because it was a bit awkward and I didn't know what to get which is on my I will admit. Other than today it's usually a really good place for lunch and love going here!

This place has rapidly gone downhill. The past few months I've had multiple orders cancelled due to them not having any drivers, one order actually got delivered but was incorrect, and tonight I'm apparently not getting what I ordered. It's been over an hour and a half and I haven't gotten my order nor any updates about it. I've been calling the store nonstop for 35 minutes and nobody picks up the phone. It just rings for 3 minutes and hangs up.Never have I had a place take my money then just not deliver anything without any update and refuse to pick up the phone for over 30 minutes until tonight.

I wish I had seen these delivery reviews before ordering. I order home delivery to a place literally 5 mins drive away. I took them 1 hour to make the sandwich, another 45 mins to deliver! I ordered at 11:35 am, and finally got it at 1:07 pm! And to the JJ official account that has been replying to all these reviews asking to submit feedback via some link, how about you do it yourself? It's your business...
