Paid $11 for this thin as heck sandwich meal. Subway is $5 more for a full meal but with 4 times the meat. Not cool jimmy.

Stopped to pick up 2 doordash orders. One lady told us they were taking a break to get caught up. Totally fine. We gave her the names she brought back one said the other had already been picked up. Did our part called doordash. They cancelled and sent us a different order. Tried to let the same one know she yelled and screamed at us until she understood that it was a different order. Another worker threatened to slap my husband. I get that its a busy night, homecoming home game that they won. Had a lot to deal with. This however is no excuse to threaten someone who did nothing to you. It's actually disgusting. Do better

If you order carryout here, expect: timed orders not ready on time, "as soon as possible" orders not started 20+ minutes later, sandwiches not made to order, chips/cookie not included. Don't bother filling out the online feedback form. Management doesn't even bother to reply with a form letter. Save yourself the trouble and order from the Subway next door instead.
Made a mistake on my order and replaced it although it was 6 days later due to me being out of town. Picked up the replacement today 9/29/22 around 5:50 .. EXCELLENT Customer Service! Koodos to the manager!?? #MuchAppreciated!

Very understaffed and disorganized. Took about 15 minutes to order and get our sandwiches. I asked for mine on wheat bread and got the regular sub bread. It also didn't have any toppings that were supposed to be on the sandwich. We had limited time and the line was at this point long so I didn't request to have the order remade. Fail!
