They waited 10 minutes after ordering to tell me they didn’t have chicken breast. Didn’t try making it right or offer something else until I said something. And the fix was can throw a few chicken strips in. The manager sent what I’m guessing the newest guy to tell me. The places stinks horribly and the music too loud. Probably why there was none else in there but us

I have been/or called the West Lafayette, IN location several times in the last two weeks to see if there are chicken livers— there are never any. I have been here at 6 pm, called at 7 pm… at the location right now at 8pm and still no livers. The store is open until 10 pm…. We are also currently waiting for the gizzards to be cooked (after a little banter between the front line and the cook area). can’t make a sale if the food isn’t prepared!!!!

Chicken was lukewarm Need to train new kid a little better. He could tell the difference between a thigh or a Breast.
Their service is always wonderful! We were here while a customer was being quite rude due to something out of the staff's control, and their team handled it perfectly!

Screens backed up with orders and you have employees hiding in the back. Hanging out and talking in the office is terrible management. I feel sorry for the employees actually working.
