I waited over 30 minutes for my order in an almost empty store. They only started preparing it after I reminded them. The food was cold and tasted bad, and they forgot to include the sauce I paid for. Very disappointing experience.

I went in yesterday at around 6:45 to pick up a door dash order, and I can say I saw the most unprofessional, disgusting, and straight up rude behavior I have ever seen. An employee in the front, he was short, stubby, and had dirty blonde hair, was yelling at this young lady who was also working the front to shut up. This is disgusting and the fact they hired him and are letting him act like this is horrid. This is not an establishment I recommend to anyone. If they have employees treating their coworkers like this, I can’t imagine what they're doing to our food.

Went to order and the lights were off of the drive thru and asked them to turn them on so I could see the menu and they did, then I heard a bunch of laughter. I then ordered a chicken sandwich and the guy said they were out of chicken. When I left we looked through the window and there was just a bunch of employees just laughing. Very unprofessional and pathetic.
You can never go wrong with KFC, especially their slaw, mashed potatoes and gravy along with their chicken and green beans, all are always good.

All the KFC’s in my area closed and I have been severely deprived from such delicacy for years. I was more than pleasantly surprised—awestruck, overjoyed, gobsmacked, if you will—to find out there was one thriving here in West Lafayette where my fiancé is attending school. The first bite made all the voices go quiet. After years of drought and sorrow, I have finally felt peace. It tasted like pre-trauma childhood. It was perfect. I LOVE KFC. Thank you for your service, Colonel. Though we are kept apart by state lines, our love a forbidden romance like Romeo and Juliet, I will be back for you.
