Excellent cookies and pastries, and coffee is pretty good too. Every time I've gotten something sweetened, though, it's been so sweet I can't drink it. The orange mocha sounded fantastic but tasted like syrup!

I don't understand why they insist on blaring top 40 garbage over the speakers while people are trying to study and work. Makes for an extremely disruptive and irritating public space. Why would I ever come back here and pay money for this?

Overpriced campus food. Wouldn't go here continually but if you just need a snack then it's alright. Took quite a while to get my order. Kinda rough to spend 15 minutes of a lunch break waiting on a frozen coffee.

Food is comparably priced to other on-campus spots and ingredients seem to be of a higher quality. Sandwiches inconsistently come with condiments. On several occasions service has been lackluster: minimal eye contact, speaking casually to coworkers while completing transactions, no ask of receipt before tossing it in the trash, forgot my order once (when moderately busy). Does not seem to be very customer service oriented. There is a decent amount of seating albeit cluttered. Will return but more so out of convenience than preference.

The employees here are amazing, confident, and professional! It speaks volumes about their manager who I also see all the time. This is my favorite coffee place on campus!
