Driven by 100 times but never stopped in. Finally did and wasn't disappointed. Food was really tasty, place was clean, service was on point. Coffee tasted super good too. If you're on the fence give it a shot, I'll be coming back.

We went there 8/25/24 and it was decently busy, but by no means slammed. We waited around an hour for our food. They refilled my coffee after it had been empty for 10+ minutes. The coffee was full of grounds They brought out one of our orders, a burger, at least 20 minutes before, with the wrong side. They brought out an order of waffles with a side and brought it back when we told them that we had ordered the chicken and waffles. As they finally brought out the rest of the food, our server apologized that the burger so much earlier and said they gave us the wrong order and didn't elaborate. The food was mediocre at best and was very expensive.

Visited on a Tuesday and the whole place was empty! It was to our advantage. Regan was attentive and sweet! Could not believe the portion size of the "Monday Blues". The coffee was excellent. Highly recommend!
Parking: Wide open lot, easy in and out from Sagamore Pkwy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Tables had chairs to move to accommodate a wheelchair. wide aisles were helpful.

Enjoyed several brunches at LePeep now and really like the food, my favorite is the egg Benedict, and we received great Service by our favorite waitress Sharon. She is quick, respectful and took great care of us. The atmosphere has a good vibe. The place is modern, with in and outside seating and its clean. We will be back!
