No one was up front when we arrived and we stood for several minutes before someone came to take our order. As we stood more customers arrived and another employee came out, took one order then disappeared leaving a line with only one cashier. Several tables throughout the restaurant were dirty and the only available small trash receptacle was overflowing, and counters we're dirty. The fruit in my fruit cup had rotten fruit in it. Employees were coming and going as they talked to each other, but didn't attend well to customers.

Despite saying they have a drive-through, they do not. You have to order online first, and then go to the window.

Great place to go with friends after church. The menu has much variety.

The food is really good. The people that work there could use a course in PR. The actions of their employees make me not want to go there. If their in a bad mood or their boyfriend dump them stay home!! It takes away the atmosphere setting. Love the food tho. Prices aren't too bad.

The food was great as always. The cashier who took our order with purple hair was cute and nice. The lady who exchanged our chips was also nice. I was waiting for my son by the bathroom. I heard the one lady who was carrying food speak to the second woman carying food. They were searching for table 31. My table. As she was going to pass me I asked her if she was looking for 31. Not only did both of them completely ignore me but walked past me without a single word. Set the food at the table with my mom and son while I stood to the side. Despite the rude interaction I said thank you. The entire time we were there I caught both of the 2 ladies giving me evil death glares. I did nothing and was very confused why I deserved such unprofessionalism. I will go back im sure for the food but seriously? I expected better. Praise to the 2 ladies who were professional.

We've eaten at this location twice now as it's close to Purdue. The restaurant is new, clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Our experiences have been great with no complaints and it's become our go-to spot. I'd highly recommend this location for a quick bite.

The veggie sandwich was simple and standard, but good. The highlight was the fire-roasted veggie soup! The food is not fancy, but they give you what they claim. Vegetarian sandwich can be made vegan without mayonnaise. Soups do NOT have meat broth. Not many options for vegetarian and vegan but what you'll find will be simple and satisfying.

I love McAllister’s. I would eat there 4 times a day if I could. I am passionate about this establishment. Every time I go, I have an amazing experience. I will get the same thing every time and I will never get bored of it.

Dietary restrictions: Keto friendly items on menu, but will also make to order! Side note pretty healthy and delicious otherwise. And awesome cheat day items! I'm just saying! West Lafayette is my favorite location!

Came from Canada to visit the city and fell in love with the place. Amazing food and great staff there. First time I’ve been there and it was amazing.
