We ordered a sweet tea and they gave me unsweeet tea. They missed a medium french and gave us no straws at all. I’m very mad about my sweet tea because that’s my favorite part.

ordered ahead of time and when i got there the doors were closed and the employees who saw me yelled at me. Went to the drive through to get my food and they didn’t serve me. Why are you closing the lobby 30 minutes early when the menu clearly states I could come inside and pick up my food at 11:59pm

I stopped on long-distance travel to charge my phone and none of the tables along the wall with the chargers had been wiped off, so I sat at a table with crumbs. The fries were okay but overall the food was unimpressive --the burger and chicken nuggets got cold quickly and did not taste fresh. The franchise seemed understaffed although employees were friendly and helpful when they did come out to the register (after a wait).

Terrible place they aren’t open during open hours. Lost my business for forever. Just over all a terrible spot. And when u get ur food it is under cooked

It was good the food was hot and they were promo with getting. Our food out yes they had to pull us up but that was due to them making a fresh pot of coffee for my grandpa so no complaints
