I went through drive thru, and first off they have two different speakers and no one was answering the first one, they should have a sign on it or something. We get to the window and there’s no one behind us but we sit and wait maybe 3 minutes for the window to open so we can pay, the guy was monotone and no customer service at all, we get to our food, the girl doesn’t say a word to us, hands us the food, we thank her and she just shuts the window. We get our food, then! The bun is stale, it had just switched over to lunch so it made no sense why the bun was stale, the food was also cold too. Would not go here again after this.

Absolutely awful. Cups did not have lids properly secured and spilled inside my car as a result, fries were mostly raw and cold, and my son's burger was not made as ordered. I had to practically beg for napkins to clean up the spill in my vehicle, and insist that the employee at the pick-up window dispose of the spilled cup--she initially refused.
I've had better experiences when other people are working, but on this particular day, I think I would have had a better experience if I'd instead had a colonoscopy while wide awake.

I'll be blunt. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. First, it took over 10 minutes to get our food, even though nobody else was in line. Then, they screwed up multiple items on our small order. I thought that was the end of our horrors, but i was terribly mistaken. After about half an hour, my brother and I had to rush to the bathroom simultaneously. We both contracted diarrhea. I will never ever set foot in this specific location again.
Not gonna fill the already overpriced drink to the top. Cool.

Very quick service. I ordered online through the app with np problems. The place was very clean with workers cleaning. Very quiet. Only thing I will note is that they claim to have wifi, but no password was provided anywhere.

Lazy manager decided he would close the store an hour early, even though the website, app, and window said they should be open until 1 am. Mobile ordered for counter pickup and actually paid for the order and got a receipt, but had to argue tooth and nail with 3 different workers for 20 minutes just to get our food we already paid for.

Dirty bathrooms, and if you order table service, they just yell your table and have you come pick up the order. The kiosk tells you grab a number “tent”, yet no number tent is there… somebody has gotten too comfortable with their franchise….
