If you're going inside to order its a perfectly average McDonalds, but genuinely the worst drive thru experience. Person taking my order and working was rude, complained about their coworkers, made my McChicken wrong(put ketchup mustard and pickers, aka cheeseburger toppings, on it instead of the sauce and lettuce that comes with a McChicken), underfilled my small fries, and underfilled my drink with barely any ice in it. I understand being tired or not having a great day, but that is beyond my level of forgiveness, that is just poor service. I was the only person in the drive thru and there weren't many people inside, I was a low-pressure order and I was happy to wait if it meant getting my order at least semi decently made.
Short story: If you're going here, go inside, and if you need a drive thru McDonalds that badly, *go somewhere else*, the sagamore or river road McDonalds are not far enough away to justify coming here instead. Only go to this drive thru if you want to feel like an unwelcome inconvenience and get some subpar fast food.

They gave the last donut to the person who ordered after me, then kept my order on the counter for 10 minutes before I had to go ask what was up. Was cold. It’s bout a 50/50 chance they will mess up your order. Lived in wl for 16 years so you can trust.

Is there any McDonald’s in the area where the service does not suck? Talk about attitude from the drive through. I honestly felt like just leaving but my toddler really wanted pancakes. I think I’m done with McDonald’s in the area. Just spend an extra five bucks and take your butt to Culver’s where they don’t talk to you as if you’re an enemy for ordering food that pays for their paycheck. Crazy

One of the worst McDonald's.
Usually the person at drive through ordering menu has an attitude. They are always missing food in the bags or getting it all wrong. Today they missed the mcdouble in the $5 meal. And my buddy got 4 PC nugget instead of the new 3 PC tender meal. And that type of stuff Usually happens every time we go there.

6am means doors open and ready to serve food. If you can't be ready, change your opening time. Every time I go in the morning there is some sort of mistake or issue. Also; how can you be out of donuts?... I was the first customer of the day.
Illegally towed my friend’s car, please be very careful about parking at this location.

This place will have your car towed, even if you are eating in the establishment. They will then try to play the blame game saying that it was the towing company's fault. I'm sorry, but you allow towing companies to come on to your property to tow whomever they see fit? Sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. Call the towing company and tell them they illegally towed a customer car. Anything less is being complicit and lazy.

I had finished eating and because the bathrooms were full I went across the street to use the bathroom (the big mac did not agree with my empty stomach). When I came back my car was in the process of being towed and I had to pay $60 to get him to undo what he had done (took him the time it took me to go across the street to withdraw the cash and he threatened to tow it if I did not have the cash since there was no card option). My big mac meal that didn't sit right ended up costing me $70. Would highly advise that if you have to sit down go to any other McDonald's in the area.

ZUPER MAN (THE ZUPERZTAR)
This McDonald's is ideal for late dining (especially in the evening), but the order is a bit off. Specifically I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger at a high price (around $9), but the one from my order didn't have bacon on it. Plus, I ordered a medium-sized combo meal, but the fries were actually large. It's rather disappointing that the meal was not consistent with my order. Still, it made a satisfying evening meal.
