One star doesn’t even begin to cover it. We ordered curbside and waited in our car for THIRTY minutes with no order. We finally went in to pick it up and it was just sitting on the counter cold and, of course, the order was messed up. We asked for it to be remade and the manager told us it would be 20 minutes before they could remake it. No apology, no offer of a refund, just cold food + being told to wait even longer for our meal. Insane. This is it for me, I’ve given this McDonald’s plenty of compassion and chances to be better but we’re done. Don’t go here.

The only worse McDonalds I’ve been to is the one down the road near Meijer. This one was fine a year ago, but the food and service has taken a major nosedive. The new way of doing things isn’t working. I don’t want to have to wait at the unattended front counter to beg for napkins, salt, and ketchup. Fries were cold. Never again!

Every single time we go here our order is wrong. Today we had whole items missing from our order and wrong items. Like a cheeseburger happy meal had nuggets instead. One of the 5$ meals was missing the chicken nuggets and had the wrong sauce we asked for. And when they put the fries in the happy meals they just dumped them in upside down.
