I'm an uber eats driver and waited here for an hour and 20 minutes and never got my order, a lady working inside kept taunting me with a very bad attitude. If you're willing to wait more than 2 hours for a burger here, feel free to stop by!

Drive through continues to be terrible. Long wait, unpleasant worker who urged me not to check my bag for accuracy and just drive on then argued with me when I told him he forgot sweet and sour sauce. Another employee finally came over and tried to give me sauce and the drive through worker became (more) upset, insisted that they give me âall the saucesâ then said âIm tired of everyone thinking they get all of our sauceâ. I literally ordered chicken nuggets, it comes with sauce. Fries were of course, cold and gross.

I ordered a medium quarter pounder with cheese meal and coke to drink. Total was $10 and some change. I paid, got to the window to get my food and she handed me a large drink and large fry before shutting the door. I waved her down to tell her I was missing my sandwich and she said my order only showed a drink and fries. I told her I just paid $10 for a meal and she did double check with someone before bringing my sandwich. I should have checked my receipt before leaving because they actually charged me $17.61 for my food plus a happy meal and chicken nuggets I didnât order. And they gave me a Dr. Pepper instead of a coke.
I get that McDonalds is not know for great service and forgetting things, but this is just unacceptable.
Elite service in a tough situation. Crown them. This place rocks.

Service was amazing fast and understanding. I walked in with 3 children and the cashier Amanda came and opened the door for us then was patient while I was trying to order food and keep my children calm. She took our order then went and got me a high chair for my one year old and brought it to me. She was an amazing person.
Always missing things in the drive thru order. Make sure to check first!

I waited for my drive thru food for half an hour and when I got the food it was cold. Absolutely horrible customer service! If I did not go inside to ask whatâs going no one would have helped me. About seven people got there food before me even though my order was first. They are just clearly not ready to be open.

Giving one star since someone obviously didnât like his job tonight. Asking me âDo you have some wordsâ while I was looking up the menu at the drive-thru. By the way, itâs not proper to bring your side eye about how much you hate your job to the costumers. Your behavior seemed very uneducated. Another lady was very great and polite.

Tried to buy PokĂ©mon cards and was refused by night manager poor service considering I have bought them at every McDonaldâs in the us I stopped at âŠ.
