This McDonald’s was dirty, didn’t bring our order to the table even though we ordered from the kiosk and it said to wait at the table, and our food looked like it was thrown into the bag by a drunk two year old.

So I just went through the drive-through. The lady who took my order was very nice. I got a six piece nugget and a medium fry and said please make sure they’re sweet-and-sour when I got to the window. The lady handed me my bag didn’t even look at me, I said, is there sweet-and-sour in the bag yet and she shut the window and guess what no sweet-and-sour I work in customer service and that’s terrible. I hope she sees this. I hope your day gets better and I hope you learn to be nicer. If you don’t like your job, don’t do it I realize it’s just sweet-and-sour, but it’s not just that it was the whole attitude .

Did a mobile order, and it took about 15 minutes of waiting as there was a long line at the drive-thru.

The food was standard McDonald's fare. Amd the restaurant and dining room looked clean and well kept. The staff was efficient at getting orders out without any fuss. I wish the handicap parking spaces were better situated. During busy times, you can be prevented from parking or exiting due to the drive-thru lane blocking them.

So dirty. Garbage everywhere. Ladies bathrooms dirty. Payment terminal on kiosk not working, nobody cared. Drink station a mess. Not busy and lots of employees in the back. One of the burgers looked very pale. Seemed undercooked.

This is actually one of the best McDonald’s I have been to. The bathrooms are always clean. The play place is clean. The food is always good, hot and fresh. I love the managers there as well. Have always had a pleasant experience. I go there at least once a month!

So you charge me for extra sauce and I didn't get any sauce! Not the ones that come with the mean or the ones I paid extra for.Also explain to me why I get a drink upcharge on a combo meal that come with a drink!! That's outrageous guys!I am no longer going to any McDonald's.I can't get what I paid for and I'm double charged for the drinks that come with the meal. The fries are never full and this was the final straw...after not getting my sauces, being charged more for a drink that already come with the meal, not getting any sauce at all, my food was COLD!Big corporations always want $$ and charge for small things but never give the consumer what we pay for.I'm done.You've lost another customer.I work in restaurants and it's not that hard to make fresh food and give out condiments. Especially when we are charged for them.

I took after off for atmosphere since one of the employees was listening to an online meeting for training. Come on McDonald's, give her some headphones or a separate room to work! Although, I did learn a fun fact that French fries are the number one item left out of an order by error. ?
