Recently I've noticed that the broth for the spicy braised beef noodle soup has changed considerably. They've changed the base to use more chili and it is spicier than before - I don't really like this.

After several visits of coming here and truly enjoying the food today my experience completely changed
In the middle of my meal I found an old napkin buried at the bottom of my food this ruined my appetite and embarrassed me in front of my guest I did not cause a scene I calmly asked to speak with the owner and instead of addressing the issue I was told it was somehow my fault which is impossible since we were only given chopsticks and no napkins with our order
As someone who has supported this place multiple times I find this response unacceptable and unprofessional it is unfortunate to see a place I used to recommend so highly dismiss a serious concern like this
