Nothing Bundt Cakes

I buy a lot of bundt cakes from this chain for different, so I was looking forward to make an order for my son's birthday, first time at this location. He is a freshman at Purdue, and this was his first birthday we did not get to spend with him. I called the store a week in advance to ask about the details, and was told that I have to order online. I wrote detailed instructions as well as gave my son's phone number to call when delivered since he lives in the dorm. I knew he would have to come down and get the order. They told me to give them 30 minute window so he needs to be available. He was sitting and waiting, and order never came. When I contacted the store, they were very unapologetic and told me that they give it to uber eats for delivery. When I said that it never came, they told me that my only other option was to make another order and hope that this time will come. I asked the manager if this is her business model, to HOPE. Ridiculous! She said that she cannot refund my money, but offered to request Uber eats for refund, it has been more than 2 weeks. I got no refund, and no other communication from this store manager. This is the worst customer service I ever received! For all Purdue parents, I would stay away from ordering for your students from this place, if you want to HOPE that your student will get their order, and waste your money. No accountability whatsoever.

Ordered some Buntinis for a party. Showed up about 10 min before they were supposed to be ready and they were ready when I got there. Staff were friendly. Quick in and out to pick them up. I have to say the cake and frosting are fantastic.

This location in West Lafayette has the worst service. I placed an online order for a cake to be delivered 3 days later. The order was never processed by the bake shop and the cake was never delivered to my niece for her birthday. I called the bake shop and they gave me so many excuses. They asked me to email them the screenshots of my order from their website for them to look into it. I asked to cancel the order because they missed my niece's birthday. Thankfully they processed the refund.

The Bundt cakes are always great and we have frequented many times in the past year. We went to use and combine two of our Punch Cards to get a free bundlet today only to realize that one of them expired 13 days ago. I’ve never heard of punch cards ever having expiration dates! Very disappointing overall, and makes me not want to even bother with the punch card ever again since it’ll probably just expire before finishing…

Ordered wedding cake as well as bundtinis. At pick up the cellophane wrapper was stuck to the icing on the top cake. Got a response that is the way we always do it. It is a tough deal with a service person that is unwilling to be reasonable or have common sense. It took an extra half hour but they repaired the icing and put it in an open top box. I would not recommend for special events such as a wedding.

I got married on 9.9.23, about 2-3 months prior to the wedding we finally switched around the budget and we're able to get nothing bundt cakes for ourselves and our guests.I was sooooo excited as this was a bit of a stretch to our budget, but it was what I really wanted.Nothing bundt cakes forgot about my order on the day of, causing my FIL (who was officiating the wedding) to have to wait for them to be made on the fly, almost making him late to the wedding. This really saddened me, especially since I received a call THE DAY BEFORE confirming my order and the time of pickup.
