There were only 4 people in line and a whole lot of internet orders and 2 people working the line and they were putting our orders at the end of the line which is nonsense because NOBODY was here to pick up their internet orders!!!!! I left, poor customer service! One of the workers should work on internet orders and the other on the people that are THERE!!!

I loved panda but the last time I went, their food was so bad, I couldn't eat it. The rice was raw and the chicken seemed damaged. Terrible and thanks for making me hate them, I really loved panda.

First of all, I smell and taste detergent in rice, very disgusting to me. The taste of orange chicken was nice but they gave too small amount so asked “is it right?”…
I think they need to care of sanitation…..and you can see my plate..70% is rice, is it right?

This store does not treat their in house customers very well. I shouldn't have to wait behind the on-line orders. I stood and watched the employees fill 6 orders before helping the person infront of me. AND they shouldn't run out of fried rice ever!

Slowest service I have ever had to experience. Had like four workers up front too. After every transaction it was like there was a mandatory two minute break where they all just talked. Weirdest thing I have ever witnessed. Also messed up my order but I can excuse that, it happens. What I can’t get it the literal time freeze where no one would move for some time, so weird

I am not a fan of chain restaurants, Not as it relates to Panda apparently. The service was quick and the food was B+ compared to the many Asian independent restaurants in town. I will go back.

The atmosphere of the place is fine, but the service is ok. Not great, but ok. The food is alright too, but they don’t give out enough meat with your food. They need to start giving out more meat with their food for plenty of protein.
