The teriyaki chicken was bland. They didn’t even give me a fortune cookie in the bag.
I asked for a cup for water and got “our water dispenser is broken”. What’s funny is I looked and they didn’t even have one on the fountain 🤷♂️. The water cup not being free is one thing but not even having water is so much worse.
Finally, their tile floor was covered in water from snow that was tracked in. Just slippery puddles of water on tile. No mats in sight or them being mopped up, only some slip hazard signs.
All around just a bad experience. Feels like they don’t really care about their patrons and are cutting corners. I won’t be returning.

🚫 I’ve been a regular customer at Panda Express for a long time, but the portion sizes are getting worse day by day. I don’t know what’s going on with them lately, but the portion sizes have become laughably small. For the price they charge, I expect a decent meal, not a few bites of chicken and a scoop of rice that barely covers the bottom of the container. It feels like they’re cutting corners and hoping customers won’t notice. Panda Express needs to fix this before they lose loyal customers like me.

Great food and pretty good service from most of the employees. I was pretty shocked by the manager. Savannah I think. She never seemed to be anywhere her employees needed her, and although they seemed severely understaffed, I wasn’t sure exactly what it was she was doing to help. I like to eat here pretty frequently as a student at Purdue, but I’ve worked fast food before and seeing this mistreatment really discourages me as a costumer from continuing visiting. Not to mention it slows the service down significantly.

The food at the West Lafayette, Indiana store top notch! No, I can’t say that about the wait in the drive-through
There were only 4 people in line and a whole lot of internet orders and 2 people working the line and they were putting our orders at the end of the line which is nonsense because NOBODY was here to pick up their internet orders!!!!! I left, poor customer service! One of the workers should work on internet orders and the other on the people that are THERE!!!

I loved panda but the last time I went, their food was so bad, I couldn't eat it. The rice was raw and the chicken seemed damaged. Terrible and thanks for making me hate them, I really loved panda.

First of all, I smell and taste detergent in rice, very disgusting to me. The taste of orange chicken was nice but they gave too small amount so asked “is it right?”… I think they need to care of sanitation…..and you can see my plate..70% is rice, is it right?
