I have to admit I love the tea. The food is pretty good. IMO it's a bit overpriced. This location can be hard to find a seat and you have to park quite a ways away most of the time as there's not much parking close by.

What is going on with Panera! The sandwichs look like something I pulled out of a couch cushion. They are all bread, nearly no toppings at all! Y'all for dam near 9 bucks for a half Sammy y'all could load it up or at least put more on it....if I wanted pretty much bread, I'd order plain bread! Panera used to be my all time favorite place to eat....

Dwayne is the best! Give Dwayne all the promotions. After not being sure if I needed to call ahead for an order, Dwayne ensured me that he would take care of my request and gave me counsel on when to call in for a catering order going forward. I was in and out and enjoyed my full experience, enhance for sure by the wonderful staff.

Panera used to be good. USED TO BE! I carried out lunch from there today, and that will be the last time I go to Panera. My wife's salad was missing the chicken that was supposed to be on it, the avocado was brown, & the "crumbled bacon" was a single greasy glob. My sandwich had no flavor and the bread was burnt. My order was also ready about 10 minutes later than it was promised. No apology, no offer of a free dessert or drink. Don't worry, you won't have the burden of making food for me ever again.

Slowest restaurant to service seriously everytime I get an order here you take 25-30 mins to make the food which we don’t get paid for that time as a driver this needs to be improved your service is rude too for asking how long tell the food is ready I always get rude remarks

Don't expect to get in and out of here in less than 15 minutes. Not even if you order delivery. The 4 times I've been in, everyone was taking their time. So maybe don't consider this normal grab and go food. More like overpriced microwave meals.
