I love going to this Panera usually as the staff is normally friendly but today I was charged for a pastry that wasn’t available anymore so a refund had to be issued. I understand that this can happen and had no trouble giving them my information to process the refund but the manager that I spoke to was extremely rude. She was very short with her words and rude with her tone. I understand it is an inconvenience for her but there is no reason to take that out on the customer....
This is found inside Meredith South Residence Hall. Pretty popular so it has long lines. Food definitely takes a bit of time to finish, so not necessarily the best spot to eat if your in a rush. The food however is standard for Panera.

Depending on how you order, may be missing items.(Was missing a good chunk of food when I used starship) and my friend's order was just canceled through rapid pickup.The food is relatively good, just limited menu options will suck if you like paneras's normally large and limited time food options.
