I placed my order at 7pm... I got a pick up time at 8:29-8:39... at 8:50 it was 20 pizzas behind... and my son was there to pick it up...

I tried to place an order to be delivered on campus for a group and the guy on the phone had no clue where I wanted it delivered. They have apparently outsourced their phone lines. Papa John's used to be my go to place but not anymore. It makes me sad.

I had ordered a pizza, they first confirmed the order and asked me to wait for 35 minutes. When I called them after waiting they said that we do not deliver from this place, if we do not deliver then we should have refused in the first place. Refusing after confirming the order is a very wrong thing.

Pe-ordered 6 hours before my requested delivery time and no pizza. 15 minutes after I was supposed to get my pizza I called the store and they said they hadn't even made it yet and they were slammed. That's not an excuse for people that have ordered in advance and have plans. I cancelled my order and won't be ordering from any Papa John's in the foreseeable future. I had plans for ordering pizza for my shift at work for both Thanksgiving and Christmas but not anymore. These guys just can't deliver.

I ordered the Papa Bowl with no onions and black olives instead. My order arrived full of onions and no black olives.

Had a large pizza order that I scheduled over the phone for pickup and spoke to two different employees. The first passed me to the second based on payment issues. I ended up getting double charged which I had to contest, just a bummer and an unnecessary headache. Food was as expected though!
