I ordered vegan nashville hot pizza. I just ate only one slice of it. Service and ambience everything is so good. I am not sure about other kinds of pizzas, but this is a big No. Its $18 plus taxes for small one.

Genuinely do not see what the hype is about. This place is mediocre at best and the quality control was terrible. The cookies were burnt and my pizza was undercooked. I can’t get my $30 back but I can save you from wasting that much or more

Dude, I come in your employee says a couple minutes, I wait half an hour, another one comes and says 10-15, yeah whatever I’ll wait, like another half hour, third employee tells me the order is already gone. Train your employees not to waste my time and money and I won’t waste yours.
Overpriced, boutique pizza place.

I came to Pizza Uncommon for dinner with friends expecting an overly decent (and slightly overpriced) pizza and bread sticks. What *actually* happened is I had (beyond the shadow of a doubt) the best pizza I've ever had in Indiana to date. I've had a few competitors, sure... However, the bread sticks were incredible and the pizza was beyond perfect. Service was fantastic. I really don't think it was even overpriced to be frank. The only thing (and I'm knit-picking here) wrong was overly loud customers - but I can deal with this given everything else. Do NOT hesitate to try Pizza Uncommon.

I love this pizza place, even though I usually go to one on upper area. I think it could use a good cleaning. The floor was covered with fallen food, and the chairs were quite dirty not to mention that baby chairs

Pizza Uncommon in Lafayette was a great find - right across from Triple XXX. The crust was perfectly blistered from the wood-fired oven, and the flavors were on point. We did a half-and-half pie, and both sides were fantastic. One had creamy burrata with fresh basil and a super rich red sauce - absolutely delicious. The other half was Vodka sauce and sausage with just the right amount of crisp and chew. Paired it with a cold Triple XXX root beer and left happy. If you're anywhere near campus, it's worth the stop.

I’m pregnant and was craving breadsticks and cheese sauce along with our pizzas and ordered on DoorDash, so over $70 on our order before tipping our driver (who was great) and when it gets here there is no cheese sauce for our breadsticks. Pretty annoying, who wants to eat dry ass breadsticks. A simple, thorough check from employees before sending items out when people are spending so much on pizza would be appreciated.

Pricey but delicious
Neat place. Breadsticks were somewhat burnt and had a strange flavor. Tried multiple sauces with them and eventually settled on Marinara as everything else (cheese sauce and garlic parm) seemed to conflict with it. Good selection of canned kombucha.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location. It used to be great, but the last two times I’ve come, our party has waited 45+ minutes for pizza, and the food has not been good. The dough is a different color and does not have the same fluffy, chewy texture. It’s white and flat. And the pizzas have very few toppings.
I regularly order from the Win Hentschel location, and it’s consistently great food and service. This location needs some help.
For reference, I ordered the vegan spring pie from the WH location a few weeks ago, and it had tons of tomatoes, lots of cashew cheese, and a good amount of balsamic glaze. I ordered the same thing tonight from the campus location, and there is almost no cheese or balsamic glaze. There are maybe 2-3 cherry tomatoes sliced on the pizza. It’s basically a bunch of arugula on a flat, pasty disc.
The employee who took our order was friendly, and we enjoyed our gelato. That’s about the only positive thing I can say about this experience.

This pizza place has a large vegan menu with lots of options for pizza and breadsticks. I had the thai chicken pizza and it might be my new favorite pizza flavor!! The dough, cheese, and toppings were delightful! Also had the vegan Doritos breadsticks which were good.
Their website has a huge vegan menu with so many choices! We had the “everything” with excellent crust, sauce, vegan cheese, and toppings. Updated from previous review on 2025-06-12
