Really solid stop for a premium sandwich.
In my opinion, this is a step below McAlister's, but a huge step above Subway.
They have a lot of great ingredient options. They have a few good quality breads to choose from to start with, and then several meats and meat combos (and even a veggie if that's your jam). I love the heat and flavor the hot peppers and onions add (though by breath does pay the price).
It is a bit on the expensive side, but you can find deals and coupons every now and then that make it a really good deal.

Sandwich maker got my order wrong. I said white and he gave me wheat. Cashier was rude. While he scrolled through tick tock and blasted the sound, then asked me “what sandwich did you get?” Again, the sound from the tick tock was blasting while still scrolling on his phone. Lastly the bag guy, asked if I wanted any sauces and I said no. He proceeded to buy the spicy ranch anyways. Easily, one of the worst food experiences in a while.

Don't even try to go here anywhere near closing time. And by near, I mean on a day that they close. My family went to this location at about 9:30-9:45 on a Tuesday evening. The sign on the door says that they close at 11am. AFTER we paid for our order, we were informed that the dining room was closed because they needed to start cleaning. I asked if we could eat quickly as we had nowhere to go to eat the food. The employee continued to make comments about how unwelcome we were until we left-- having not been able to eat. Potbelly hates customers. So we should all give them what they want and STAY AWAY. PS. They owe us $43.

Placed an order for a corporate lunch. Picked up 30 sandwiches with chips, cookies, etc. 3 boxes & 2 bags. The guy behind the counter helped me carry the boxes & bags to the truck & I didn't even ask him to. Will be going back again.

We have tried 3 times to go there and every single time, the employees are clearly very stoned and get the orders completely wrong. Gave it an honest chance but this is ridiculous at this point.

First timers here.
-place was clean
-staff was helpful (the ordering is like subway, you start with the type of sandwich and bread, then on to the fixings, then to the register)
-the Italian sandwich was good, ordered it with the hot peppers (you can get those in a jar also)
-the shakes are decent also
-we have no complaints and will be back

1st time at this location. Just dropped into town for the weekend. It was a Friday evening, and i ordered a chicken bacon sandwich. The young man taking my order was nearly asleep and very irritable. Seemed like i was bothering him by ordering. The worst customer service I've experienced anywhere in recent memory. I nearly stopped halfway through him. Making the sandwich and left the building, but i stayed and saw it through. Walking down the street as i opened the sandwich, the chicken chinks felt very "processed", and the bacon was ok...
I threw the sandwich in the trash.
Hindsight: I should have left the restaurant at the first sign of trouble, saved my money.
Decent location and atmosphere though..

This place doesn’t close until 9….yet when i went in at 8:20 to order a sandwich and shake, the employees made it a huge deal that they’re closing. Kept mentioning it in every sentence they said to each other while they ignored me. As someone who has worked in retail, u don’t close until ur closed. I understand being frustrated when a customer comes in ten mins before close, but i was 40 mins before. I was also told that I needed to take my sandwich and leave the building. Terrible customer service. The sandwich was okay, but the shake i got was extremely runny and tasted like it had nothing but milk in it. Honestly, save ur money and patience and go to jimmy johns down the street.

The older white lady with ponytail is targeting my Asian and international friends. She pretends cannot comprehend what they ordered even though they speak perfect English. Plus she refused to give us water cups which is complimentary elsewhere. The sandwich was super mid as well.

Something is wrong with the soup. I ordered the broccoli cheddar, felt like I was eating cardboard
I've been here before, and it was fine, but today when I stopped there for lunch, they had a sign on the door that said they were "cashless." I had real money in my pocket, but I couldn't use it there. It appears that you can't pay there anymore; only charge. I didn't even go in. I drove somewhere else that lets you use money.
On an order from 4/7/2024 that was delivered by Doordash was missing an item and when contacting Potbelly they point the finger to Doordash, that then pointed back to Potbelly. 3 messages left for corporate potbelly also with no reply adds to the frustration. What is clear is that neither wishes to take any responsibility or to make an effort to reimburse a college student for messing up my order, and customer service seems to be very low on their priorities. BUYER BEWARE!Spent $25 for a lunch for one person, having to add stuff I didn't want just to get the delivery threshold, and the shake that I ordered which wasn't even wanted did not get delivered. Although the straw and cup for the shake was. If there wasn't the run around and finger pointing and they would have just tried to fix the situation,.like most restaurants do when a mistake happens, that would have atleast made a difference in overall perspective about Potbellys.

Refused service for military members. Will never support a business that doesn't support our military.
