I spent $12 on a General Chicken donburi, and it was the worst General Chicken I’ve ever had. The breading was so thick and it had very little sauce, which made it extremely hard to chew and swallow. The whole dish was also barely warm. I could only manage a couple of bites before throwing it away.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I found a piece of stainless steel scrubber in my dish and almost swallowed it. When I told the staff, they just handed me a napkin and asked me to drop it off at the desk. After negotiating with them, all they did was offer a simple apology.
