Shawarma Shack

Good and much needed new addition to the West Lafayette/ Purdue dining scene. I will admit that the food is pretty average, but the variety and setting is what matters here. It's especially good for a lunch when working in the discovery park. Don't listen to the 1 star Yelp reviewers who ordered something they didn't like, give this place a try.

Crave is a great place just off-campus for a quick bite! It's an open food court style hall with so many different options ranging from international to pizza and burgers to chicken to Mexican! Great for groups that all want something different! Downside- they shrunk their portion sizes for their meal-swipe options after the Fall '19 semester :(

I had food at Shawarma Shack. They had a buy one get one free going on amd that made my day. Its really good! All the places here are very cheap.

Use to be very good, I would go there almost every night, but came back from winter break to all the good food stations gone, including sonny and sons. Then they decided to bring in terrible food stations, including Bird on the wire, which I can guarantee is the biggest rip off for your money and tastes terrible. This place is going down hill fast with overpriced/bad tasting food and they will not get my business ever again.

Absolutely terrible service. I wait 30-45 minutes for a simple chicken order. Normally, I'd let it go if it happened only once, but it happens EVERY TIME! I had to go up to them and ask them how the order is coming along several times before getting a "Sorry bro". Lousy service, overpriced food. TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEPLACE ELSE.

They have different vendors now and I wish they didn't, because I used to love this place. I'm Sonny and Sons was the best chicken I've ever had and its not there anymore.

Crave was great last semester. The restaurants were great, Sonny & Sons being my favorite. I come back this semester and it’s replaced by a subpar chicken place that I’m hesitant to try but have heard terrible reviews about. There is a new asian place which is not bad but also not my favorite - probably the best portion sizes for the price. I think I’ll stick with the Shawarma Shack for the highest quality food. Grind & Grill is a good value as well. Other than that, I’m not paying $10 for two tacos or $10 for a tiny sandwich. That’s just absurd. I wouldn’t be surprised if the traffic in Crave goes down this semester. It’s just completely been turned around and ruined.

Every single time I come here, I wait at least 30 minutes from that chicken place. I see other people come and go as I wait. The food isn't worth that much of my time. It's overpriced. Service is lousy. Take your money someplace else.

Just ordered from Shawarma Shack delivered through Starship technologies - very disappointing. What I received was nothing like the photo. Fries were cold. I'm still hungry!! Total ripoff for $13+! Do not recommend

I only tried the burger place, but that was really good. The burgers are juicy and don't need cheese or condiments to taste good. The fries are hard to explain but are 10/10. They're kinda like Five Guys' fries but better.Crave as a whole is crowded and kind of confusing, but worth it for the food!

Really awesome dining location that opened recently! Crave is basically a food court, an indoor collection of a variety of small food stalls offering everything from coffee and gelato to meatball sups or hot chicken sandwiches. There's plenty of options no matter what you like - Sonny and Son's is a particular favorite of mine, selling fried chicken sandwiches, and Pickle and Rye's avocado toast is fantastic as well. The prices are reasonable for the quality of food you're getting

Great place that’s not only for the Purdue students but for everyone in the Greater Lafayette area with easy 2 hour parking right in front of Crave Food Hall + Bar on State Street and on MacArthur. Awesome food choices catering to every taste with 8 different food choices. Everyone leaves

Friendly staff, and amazing food for a great price! Everyone should check this place out!
