I would give 0 star if I could. The staff member (chubby blonde Caucasian young female, too bad I didn't get her name) doesn't call your name if it's not American, which is a typical example of micro- racial aggression. She called the name of a lady who was right in front of me which was a typical female American name, but not mine. I went there 4.5 months ago and I got that utter bs. IF any of you get this nonsense, please call the manager of the Purdue Student Union food court and report this. That's what I did, I explained the situation, and I got a hand-written card with apology and got a refund as well. Purdue has very DIVERSE student population and their staff training is this much MESSED UP!!!

Okay, I never write negative reviews but this was the WORST experience I ever had at a Starbucks/food chain. I stood around for an hour (kept checking the time) waiting for a sandwich and drink. Turns out they wrote my name down wrong, put the sandwich in the mobile section while I ordered in the cafe, and gave me the completely wrong drink and size. I gave them grace because they were busy in there so I didn’t bother them about the order being wrong other than just asking once if it went through after waiting for no customers to be in line. The employees were kind, but it’s very disorganized. Went there one other time and that drink took a while but not nearly as long.

Worst service. Every time I have been here something had gone wrong, they would either say your order is not in their system, give you the wrong thing, and try to justify the wrong order, and they would not let you scan your rewards nor try to fix it. Aggressive attitudes and long wait. Bad management. Very unpleasant experiences.

I was not even greeted, not even from the cashier taking my order. The order was mostly correct on the ticket, but that was, by far, the worst Carmel Frappuccino I've ever had in my life. The heavy cream was not substituted for the milk but rather poured in at the end. I also had to ask for the Carmel drizzle on top, which was also on the ticket along with Carmel drizzle in the cup. And all I kept getting were "looks" from the serving staff.
Drinks were made fast, but the people could be nicer. One worker wouldn’t even greet me, but the rest were polite.

This is one of the worst Starbucks in the greater Lafayette area. They're constantly out of everything. And they will automatically adjust your drinks to save themselves money. I usually order a matcha, and a grande matcha latte has 3 scoops of matcha. Whenever I order in person, they reduce it to 1 scoop without my knowledge. This has happened multiple times. I noticed it tasted really watered down, and only realized what they had done when I checked my app. Sure enough, the drink was adjusted to 1 scoop every time I ordered at the register. Go anywhere else for your coffee.
