Almost every time I order a strawberry lemonade acai there is something wrong with it. Either they only give me 2 strawberries, or they give me a pink drink instead of the correct recipe. Crazy.
I love going to this Starbucks! Perfect place to take an afternoon break from work. I love how I can use the tunnels from Young Hall to get to Starbucks without having to deal with the elements. Very accessible for my wheelchair and accommodating for my disability. The staff are friendly and work very hard and I don't believe they get enough credit. I enjoy their Pike Place flavor!
Customer service at its finest. I was there as the gentleman was unlocking the doors. He was so kind and upbeat. Him and another individual were working hard to get ready for opening.
