It is not uncommon for this Starbucks to take half an hour to make a drink, let alone make it right, let alone remember to make it.
Unfortunately, this is the only kind of disorganization that you will see when a place does not have any proper management. I wish Starbucks would find people who can properly train the employees here and keep things on track

Service was fast. I ordered a Peach Green Tea Lemonade and it was accurate (on par with every other PGTL I had at a Starbucks). The person I was with had questions about menu items and the barista taking our order was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. The setting was a bit loud and seating was limited inside so we decided to take our drinks to go.

Everyone who works here is so rude… I walk up to order and they’re always on their phone or turned around, then look at me like I’m interrupting something. They don’t make eye contact, don’t smile, don’t talk kindly. literally so rude ?

The worst Starbucks on campus. Often gets your order wrong (about 4/10 times). The one in PMU is slow, but at least it's mostly accurate. Would recommend the one in EE building. The staff at this Starbucks needs more training on the recipe.

It was a frustrating experience. I arrived at the store in 10 minutes, but I had to wait for 30 minutes. Initially, the staff told me it would be a 10-minute wait, but when I inquired after 10 minutes, they informed me that my coffee would take an additional 5-10 minutes to prepare.
