I had the worst experience here. I placed a mobile order for a coffee and a sandwich half an hour before my shift at the restaurant across the street from here. When I picked it up inside, the coffee was ready but the sandwich was not. I waited and waited and waited. As a service industry worker, I could see that the sandwich girl was busy. I kept thinking surly the next one is mine but it never was. I tried to get someone’s attention to ask about it but no one would look up at me. I got in line and asked about my sandwich. The guy said “oh sorry I put it in the wrong place it was at the drive thru window.” For 20 minutes, no one thought “hey this probably belongs to someone.” Not only was my sandwich cold, I was late to work even though I had left plenty of time to pick up an order, even on a busy home football game weekend. I witnessed at leas three other people have the exact same experience. Please train your staff to be more attentive or staff appropriately for busy shifts. Unreliable and will not go here again.

It used to be one of my favorite stores, but I don't think I'll ever go back. I order 2 glasses of the same drink here every day, but occasionally it doesn't come out to my taste, but every time they are happy to recreate it for me. Today, the same situation happened, I felt that the drink made today was not to my taste, so I told them that I wanted to recreate it because it was not the taste I expected. However, today, their employees asked me to pay the fees I had already paid again, I do not know why? Maybe the purpose of Starbucks has changed, maybe it's something else, but this is a very disappointing thing.

One of the better locations on campus that’s always well staffed with friendly service. The coffee has always been very fresh.
Kelly was the most pleasant barista I’ve ever spoken to in my life, amongst hundreds of visits to hundreds of coffee shops. She brightened my day with her cheerful spirit and was efficient and professional to boot.
