My barista, Liza did an incredible job with my drink. Even tho it was complicated and not technically on the menu, it was the best ever. Thanks Liza! Made my day!

Every time I’ve came here it’s been through the drive thru so this review is strictly for the people who go through there. It’s fast service , always friendly when ordering and never have any problems with the drinks well perfected. I always get the same order!

Love the manager here (Layla maybe? I can't remember what her name tag said, but she was blonde), she is so lovely and kind!!! People like her are what keep me coming back to Starbucks (because I'll be honest, the coffee is mid no matter which store you go to across the country), they make it worth going there over somewhere else. Thank you again for the latte, Layla and crew!!!

Have been going to the Starbucks before 6 AM for forever even before 5:30 AM instead I’ve been served. Went in this morning at 5:30, No one answering the drive-through and no one wanted to help. I had to knock on the window for the lady to tell me they open at 6 AM even though Google says 530, I couldn’t help but laugh to myself as I’ve been served way before this time all the time. The customers were really defending for themselves, figuring out what what was going on waiting for a few minutes.

It takes so long to get a drink here. I walk in and it feels like it is being run like a MILITARY in here. The amount of times I see the workers (probably students as said in previous reviews) on the verge of tears, and frustrated after seeing the lady with pigtails walk by is insane. I’ve also noticed a lack in personality with the baristas, it’s all uncanny to see. There used to be baristas laughing and having fun all with really cool style and different pins - hell there used to be one who had pins galore and gave me the story behind some of them! Now it seems like nobody has that fun perky energy, it’s all very forced and the writing on the cups aren’t even creative: it just seems like management is forcing them. The manager even slows the workers down by walking through their work area to check if the cups have writing on them as they’re pulling out more and more of those stickers! I’m no starbucks expert but that’s probably the least of the concerns with these reviews. On top of that, it seems as if the workers are dropping like flies. I used to come here on my way to work but now I might switch locations because there’s just too many new faces who don’t seem to know what they’re doing and I don’t see the faces that work fast anymore. I think the store has been heading in a really bad direction since the store manager changed - whenever that was.

This location gets super busy sometimes, but everyone is always kind when I visit! Seems like a well-trained crew of (probably) students - kudos to the manager! :)

I don't understand how it takes 15 minutes for a single drink and people come in after me get their order and leave before me.

Agree with the last comment, atmosphere has completely changed. If the store ever gets busy, expect your drink to take forever to make, not because of the poor overworked baristas, but because of the lack of staff there. The (seemed to be) manager didn’t seem to really care about helping the staff. Started going through the drive through instead of the cafe because of the lame vibes in the store, not sure if it’s corporate or local management but something is off.

I recently came here to study as I normally do and was met with a HORRIBLE service, if I could leave one star I genuinely would (I know, cringe). First of all, the workers all look like they hate their jobs, I thought it was just a couple but I swear I’ve seen so many workers this semester all looking depressed and last semester they just seemed like they were having a lot more fun. Now for what happened to me, I was minding my business & picked up my mobile order then sat down at a table and started studying for an exam. I had my order but I also had an energy drink from 7Brew that I hadn’t finished when I was told by a manager to throw it away. Now, i’m not the first person that this has happened to, my friend said she had been asked to throw away her celsius since it wasn’t from the store. I’m learning through the grapevine that the store manager is implicating this rule that I’ve never seen applied ANYWHERE ELSE. Why can’t I enjoy my items in peace especially as a paying customer?? I’ve also heard the store manager (blonde, mostly wears pigtails) often berating the workers and being super disrespectful, free them. Overall I would take my business elsewhere because this store is no longer college kid friendly and ruined my study session.

I ordered a mocha with extra mocha. You know chocolate not vanilla. How do you give me a white coffee when I ordered a mocha??

Great Starbucks location. Very comfy seating and great service but I'd wish they'd do better with doordash orders to prevent theft.

Can't even get there with the construction! Tried walking up but they're too lazy to take your order unless you're in a car. Horrible customer service and will never go there! 🤬

I had the worst experience here. I placed a mobile order for a coffee and a sandwich half an hour before my shift at the restaurant across the street from here. When I picked it up inside, the coffee was ready but the sandwich was not. I waited and waited and waited. As a service industry worker, I could see that the sandwich girl was busy. I kept thinking surly the next one is mine but it never was. I tried to get someone’s attention to ask about it but no one would look up at me. I got in line and asked about my sandwich. The guy said “oh sorry I put it in the wrong place it was at the drive thru window.” For 20 minutes, no one thought “hey this probably belongs to someone.” Not only was my sandwich cold, I was late to work even though I had left plenty of time to pick up an order, even on a busy home football game weekend. I witnessed at leas three other people have the exact same experience. Please train your staff to be more attentive or staff appropriately for busy shifts. Unreliable and will not go here again.
