Really bad servers.
And I think they don't care about customers.
They close the store without changing the status on the app, making it inconvenient for us. And when I come to talk to them, they just push me to the online customer service.

I understand students need to be paid and it's a great initiative for chains to hire students for different shifts.
It would be amazing though if the MSEE starbucks could keep up with the orders by getting more people in or by expanding and making more room.
If you are always running 45 mins late on orders especially being a store that is square right at the center of campus, then you have got a problem.
I always miss a bus when I order here. Even if I keep 30 whole mins, either they are serving orders an hour back or they have made the drink and someone stole it as usual.
You need better management guys. And please don't tell each other funny stories while students waiting have classes starting in a minute. Just focus and get your work done.
I completely understand that customers are expected to be patient- thus said 30 mins buffer. But when you see you're 1 hr behind, then you should immediately close mobile online orders. Sacrifice sales so you can actually deliver your customers their drink on time.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been
Coffee tastes like water literally. I requested less ice but was still given a lot of ice!

I love going to this Starbucks as it’s very conveniently on campus. The employees are always very nice, however, when the manager works she comes off as very rude and makes the entire store’s energy off-putting. I’ve seen her be snippy at both employees and customers and I have honestly considered leaving while in line before.
The manager of this location was extremely rude to her employees and customers. I ordered two venti-sized drinks. After my friend and I waited 40 minutes for our drinks, the manager yelled my name for my drinks and had a grande and venti drink. When I tried to correct her and reason with her, she started to yell at me and tell me I was wrong and had to pay for a new drink. The cashier did not give me a receipt so I did not have proof of what I ordered and paid for. Either way, it was not my fault and they were refusing to make up for their mistake. She finally took my grande drink and slammed it on the counter, shoved it at me, and yelled at me these words when I said I was not going to pay for THEIR mistake, "Then you can take this drink and be done with it!!!!!" She did this infront of all of her employees and other customers inside the store. Very, VERY, rude and univiting place.
25+ minutes wait for a cup of coffee
Nice but very busy
Severely understaffed and when asked why the line is so long to order drinks, we were told that they weren't taking orders and the girl even smirked at us. Everyone in the line ended up leaving. Go to the starbucks on third street. They don't push away their customers
They took a while to prepare my order (There's a huge backlog of online orders), but the apple crisp macchiato was absolutely fantastic.

Very rude staff.
Good products, very slow service
The staff is great and happy to customize your drink, however, I am unhappy with some of the Starbucks policies. Apparently, they have pre-measured ice which they need to add in a cold drink. So, the baristas add the coffee, milk and ice. If the drink overflows, they drain out the coffee and milk which didn't fit in the cup. And this is the non-dairy milk I paid extra for. ?
Great place for a coffee. But it's always a bit too crowded and the line is a bit long.
Ordered a coffee and a muffin today. Coffee came out quickly, but the muffin… after 20 minutes or so, I asked an employee about it, worrying that it had been dropped, and I got a backhanded “we’re behind” with no shown interest in telling me how much longer or even checking if the order existed. I guess I was in a good mood, because I waited another 15 minutes before I asked a different employee. Turns out the muffin order had been lost, just as I had feared. I was very nearly late to class (no way I’m just dropping $5 like that and leaving before I get it). Purdue needs to do something (i.e. kick this Sbux off campus) if they can’t stop waisting student’s time like that.
