I love going to this Starbucks as it’s very conveniently on campus. The employees are always very nice, however, when the manager works she comes off as very rude and makes the entire store’s energy off-putting. I’ve seen her be snippy at both employees and customers and I have honestly considered leaving while in line before.
The staff is great and happy to customize your drink, however, I am unhappy with some of the Starbucks policies. Apparently, they have pre-measured ice which they need to add in a cold drink. So, the baristas add the coffee, milk and ice. If the drink overflows, they drain out the coffee and milk which didn't fit in the cup. And this is the non-dairy milk I paid extra for. ?
Long wait just for a lukewarm black coffee. Most starbucks I go to put the black coffees out immediately,since they take like 5 seconds to make, which is why i get them. So that was disappointing. Employees were very nice though and it was clean and well kept.
