I saw many complaints about a lady at this location, and I believe my experience involved the same person, who was rude and impatient. My kids are fans of Subway, and we have had pleasant experiences with all the other staff members. In fact, we always appreciate the staff and leave tips every time we order. However, this particular lady spoke very quickly and harshly, and blamed customers for “not speaking clearly” when she made mistakes with the order. I have never encountered a service employee who spoke to customers in such a manner. Today, I am truly fed up with this behavior and will no longer visit this location.

Worst service I've had at a subway in forever... Ask the young man what the middle of the day was he said I don't know you'll have to look for yourself... Asked the young man about the $1 deal said I've got no idea what you're talking about... Said I'd like to have light spinach he said I asked you what sauce...not coming back while that young man is making sandwiches (plus he smashed down the bread)

Came in from Chicago to drop our son off to Uni. Family was hungry. Hit up Subway on Sagamore. The lady working there on Friday night was full of life and amazing. She was respectful to not just us but all the customers that came through. She made all of our sandwiches fantastic. The restaurant was clean, including the restrooms.

I don't usually tip at Subways but I had to here. She recognized I was vegetarian by my order and without me saying anything, she used a new knife and gloves to make my sandwich. I was blown away by her carefulness and attentiveness. Someone give her a raise!

We'll visit this location again for sure.

The employee lady who was working the counter this time at 5:14 on 7/14 was rude and unpleasant, did not speak to us in a polite customer manor. Very short answered would not come back if she were there. Will not be visiting this location again.

Food was absolutely TERRIBLE!!!! I ordered a 6inch meatball sub. Got home and there were two meatballs on it and one was burnt to a crisp. Took it back and asked for a new one which they did make me a new one but still got shitty food. Something is wrong here. I never had such a crappy meatball sub ever. Gross.

Can never make my sandwich right. Either always forgets some veggies or just blatantly ignores the customer request. Twice now it has been the same lady who has messed up my orders. This time when I placed my online order I received an order confirmation email at 1:34, well I also received an order cancelled email at the same exact time as the confirmation email. When I call she informed me that the order was done and completed already. Feels kinda scammy. Not only all this but my sandwich isn’t toasted.

Picked up my order as it was finished and after a quick drive back my sandwich that was toasted was cold and soggy because they stopped mid way through making my order, they also forgot an item on one of the sandwhiches and included almost none of an item that had more of it requested. Not good sandwiches.

I accidentally order from here again and they were even worse this time. Multiple things wrong with both sandwiches. Just terrible quality and zero care

The assistant manger neglected to toast our sandwich when I clearly Requested that it be toasted. I had to go back thru heavy traffic t ask again for a toasted sandwich ,which she did but she neglected to include our ordered cookie in the returned bag. She definitely had her mind somewhere other than her job

The girl who served us is always in a hurry to kick us out asap. Doesn’t fill the sub properly, spill half of the stuff , hurry to pack the sub. After 6 months of this experience we have decided not to go back again to this place. Hope franchisee owner take quick action before he lose more business.

Went to the drive-thru with the coupon they honored it with no problem.I got 2 12inch rotisserie chicken subs.They were packed with all the veggies. Super good ??
