Reliable campus sushi option.The OMG roll was delicious and was made quickly with friendly service. Appreciated that the green tea was unsweetened- nice vitamin c boost without all the sugar.Love that you can see your food being prepared behind the counter. Ingredients all looked fresh.
I really enjoy their sushi and bowls. I just don't understand why they don't have pickled ginger and Wasabi like most sushi restaurants or even their other locations. If they got those items it would be 5 stars in my book.

Relative to some of the other iffy choices nearby, Sushi Boss stands out as one of the few decent places in the Union.They offer a food options all tangentially related to sushi, such as bowls and wraps.The rice here is especially good. It pairs well with virtually any ingredient here.
