Straight up waited an hour and didn’t even get my food
Ordered a simple burrito supreme that took over 10 minutes to get when there was only a party of two inside the restaurant. I watched five employees stand around and talk looking at paperwork while I waited for my food. By the time I did get a burrito there was hardly any meat in it, and it was so badly rolled that it fell apart. This used to be a great Taco Bell to go to, but lately the service and quality has gone to a one.

Let me pile on to the negative reviews of this particular restaurant. You always have about a 9 in 10 chance of actually getting all of your order. Tonight from time of order being placed to getting what I thought was all of my order took AN HOUR. Got home after having to go inside and request and entire combo they forgot (also was ignored by all the staff) and two of my items were just completely missing. Please shut this store down if this is the best you can do.

I’ve never done a review before, but this experience was ridiculous. We had to wait for hours at store when we were so hungry after working for hours. There was no staff and no one even to answer us. The food wasn’t worth the wait. They have so many things to work on. Not recommending this store to anyone
