Gotta find someone for service. Dark and cramped. Mop buckets out near food. Nobody washed hands. No acknowledgement that I was even there

tried the shimp frice rice and mongolian chicken. both had really really great flavor. i have 2 complaints though:
the fried rice had exactly 4 pieces of shrimp, which i feel is a little non-generous.
i asked if they could use less oil and it doesn’t seem like they tried to listen. of course i understand that oil is necessary to cook with but the amount in these dishes, especially the mongolian chicken, seems genuinely excessive.

The food wasn't really that good in my opinion. My friend liked it, she ate a lot. The sweet buns are the best in town in my opinion.
The wait staff has poor English skills. Which isn't bad, however the language barrier had us ordering for like 10 minutes because of misunderstandings. It took so long to order we were literally about to leave. Food is lightly seasoned ordered a few things before order hotpot. There aren't many options when it comes to flavor for the hotpots. However the price per person on the hotpot meals are very affordable.

I'm only giving them 4 stars because I ordered the teng Mei pepper fish filet and it had hardly any pepper in it. I've been trying so hard to find a place that properly prepares this dish.
Otherwise everything else was good
Just ordered some beef fried rice with a dozen bone-in chicken wings. The wings came with curry sauce and I had that on the side. Let's start with the wings. They were ok. The Curry sauce was ok too. Though a little under seasoned. The fried rice with egg and veggies were ok as well. But again seriously under seasoned. It was very bland. Now let's get to the alleged beef. I can't say for certain that this is or isn't some kind of laboratory imitation beef but it's very very odd. It's very rubbery and very flavorless as if it was pickled in water or something for a length of time. It does have what looks to be muscle lines in the meat but something about it is just off. This is not the first time I've run into this questionable beef situation from a Chinese restaurant but it has been a while. I swear I could buy the cheapest cut of beef, fry it up but could never be able to get it anywhere close to the artificial like, rubbery, flavorless consistently like this stuff. I picked it out and threw it away. Whatever you guys are using here, stop it! Your customers deserve better.

We drive 1 and half hour come to try their food. We are the only table dine in during that moment.
We ordered Beijing duck. The pancake was super dry. 80 percent duck meat is fat no any meat. Which cost 50 dollar.
The chicken dish taste plain no any flavor. GuoBao Rou is my favorite dish. But they use tomato sauce to make it which was totally different with authentic style.
For service part the lady is nice talking but no any service. She did not come to check us if we need anything no refill water and napkin. After we finish food we go up the table ask the to go box and check. Everything until that moment we felt fine. But she told me finally if we dine in we need to give her 15 percent tip overall the bill. It is required in the store. It is required! We never hear that weried requirement in any restaurant especially she did not give us any service.
I don't think we will back again.

No greetings, we waited 10min and nobody came to take our order. Have to order through an app eventually (which we figured out by ourselves). Dirty utensils on the table. They charge for a mandatory 15% tip (after tax).

Server check the tip amount right in front of us, and force us to pay minimum of 15% where I visited with one friend.

Food was nasty, customer service was bare minimum. Won’t be returning. I suggest trying Sichaun House downtown!

Super rude glorified Panda Express. We had to wait 5-10 minutes to even be seated. Then after 20 minutes of waiting, we had to walk up to the server to order our food. The food was expensive. And the server went on to ask for more money in tips which was frankly rude.
