Anna was an amazing waitress with grace, patience and just the right amount of attentiveness. The food was exceptional. Probably the best Wedge salad we've ever had and the e ribeye was cooked perfectly and very flavorful as were all the sides. An Epicureans delight all around.

Wasn't a great meal for the price. The only good thing was the Caesar's salad, the lettuce was fresh. The pork served for the dinner was not tender. Dinner service was interesting. The waitress brought the salad in a timely manner. My wife and I split the main course. A runner delivered the main course turned and left the table. There were no plates. We waited a bit then my wife went (to the hostess stand) and ask the three people standing there for someone to bring plates. It wasn't the evening we expected for a weeding anniversary dinned. We been to this restaurant on other occasions, with similar out comes. This is the last ime.

It was my 5th time dining at 8Eleven! MacKenzie, our server, was highly attentive and provided excellent service throughout the evening. The ambiance of the restaurant is well-suited for a business dinner, offering a comfortable and refined setting. Nevertheless, it was Labor Day, so the noise level increased slightly as we continued our dinner. We ordered a variety of dishes, starting with oysters and soup as appetizers, followed by ribeye steak, braised beef, and shrimp scampi pasta as our main courses. We paired the meal with Chateau Saint Julien and old fashioneds, and concluded with crème brûlée and cheesecake for dessert. Overall, the food was enjoyable. However, I would like to offer some feedback for improvement. There were a few stray oyster shells, which detracted slightly from the experience, and the ribeye had a higher fat content than expected, which affected its overall appeal. Thank you for the meal and the wonderful service!

Really excellent food and service. It's a slightly more formal dining environment, long pants recommended (I wore shorts, slightly self conscious). Very nice evening and highly recommended.

Great food, great service! Our family had a great evening. Every plate was great, nice onion soup. The main plates were Ribeye, Filet and Pasta with shrimps. All of them excellent! The highlight of the night was our server Ana. She was attentive and friendly. We never had to ask for a refill! We dine here every time we visit our daughter, it is always a good experience, today it was above good. From reception, to our meal and service ,Thank you!

As always, my experience was beyond excellent the service was excellent. The ambience was excellent. The noise level was very subtle, but I was able to hear myself, and I was able to hear others which was made the experience very immersible I will be going back as my favorite brunch spot

Our experience at 8eleven Bistro was fantastic! Our server was professional and very attentive . The food tasted wonderful! It was difficult to decide what to order because there were so many tasty options. The decor reminded me of an upscale country club. 5 Stars all around!

Great date atmosphere & fine dining. The food was absolutely amazing. It is a little pricey, but it is well worth it. Find dining at its best. The filet with king crab was the best food I've ever had. The Salmon melted in your mouth. Crab brochette appetizers are amazing as well. I highly recommend them & trying this restaraunt out. I can't wait to go back.

I went there for my anniversary which is exactly one year since I last visited. The quality has been going downhill. The Heirloom Carrots were over-charred and underseasoned. The oysters and the pommes puree were good. The Filet Oscar was okay and nothing to write home about. Our waitress was very nice but my glass was empty for a long while before I had to flag someone to refill the water. I recommend coming here for the ambiance and grabbing some drinks and dessert at the bar area (key lime pie is great). The free valet is very nice. I would not return or recommend this as a place in its current state.

Great all the way around. Had breakfast next morning - food was great. Thought it odd they charged me extra to sub mushrooms for ham - especially since mushrooms have to be cheaper. Coffee was disappointing- very weak.

We went on a weekday evening, school is not in session, so there were only a few other tables with guests. Service was attentive, but server could have had a little bit more personality. Entrees were very good (filet mignion and scallops). Either we didn't read it well or it was not clear that these came with asparagus and roasted mushrooms, respectively, and we also ordered those as sides not knowing that, so we effectively paid the price of three entrees for two people. The server should have been aware of that and let us know. The salads were a bit bland, could have used more flavor in the dressing. Cocktail selection was good. Not bad, just not great. Background music was ok, did not interfere with conversation, but a bit too loud. It was rather pricey, and for that price I expected an excellent experience, but to be honest it was just good, not great.

Great location, but the overall experience was mediocre. Food wasn't that tasty. Hot food wasn't hot. There wasn't any sort of effort to enhance the presentation, like using plates far too large for the items. Service was inattentive.

Aiden was a terrific server—he was proactive and knew his menu very well, and helped immensely with allergy modifications. My parents both enjoyed the arugula and goat cheese salad. The pork chop was massive and very well prepared, and the beef roast was amazing. Food and drinks came out at a leisurely pace, mains drinks and dessert for 4 took about 2.5 hours. Good value overall and food wise one of the best places I've ever eaten.

Our server, Aidan was fantastic, very personable young man, working his way through Purdue, very attentive. However, that said, even with a reservation, and a request for special seating, we were shown to an overflow room while nice booths were immediately available. When I asked to be reseated, they accommodated us but it shouldn't take a request! The Server saved the experience. Otherwise this review would have been much worse.
