The gravy is a sweet gravy. Not what it used to be 15 years ago.

The customer service was decent. The food was subpar. No flavor, no seasoning. The prices was not worth it. I ate breakfast and ordered pancakes (5.99) they charged me $3 to add chocolate chips to them and stated I was supposed to charge you 9.20 for them. Im a vegetarian and their pancakes come with bacon or sausage. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant nor will I be coming back.

The server was friendly and very attentive, but the food was definitely lacking. Everything was very bland, but warm. The sausage gravy was basically sausage flavored gravy, with barely any meat. The biscuits were good though. The eggs were good and cooked as ordered. The potatoes were totally flavorless and dry, with no seasoning at all. Th omelette was very done very halfheartedly, with what looked like a Kraft single slice unmelted inside. The place was clean though. Had business in the area, so I wish that it would have better breakfast.

I have not tried the food yet, but just the availability of this Country Cafe and the friendly customer service alone is enough for them to receive a 5 star review. I tried to order online from 2 different Country Cafes and they were unavailable. I understand that some people do not like dealing with the computer for online orders, but they are missing out on some money. Anyway, I can't wait to eat. I just have a feeling this is going to be a delicious breakfast.
Update: ok, I ate my own words. When I started eating my biscuits and gravy, I found a thin, straight black hair on the gravy. I thought it belonged to my black cat, so I picked it out and ate some of the meal, which was just ok. When I moved on to tasting my burrito, I found a thicker, short, strait, black hair like that from the mustache hair of a grown man. This is unacceptable. I guess bad food makes you forget about the great customer service and the availability of online ordering. It doesn't mean anything when I do not have any desire to go there.

The service was excellent. The server was attentive and super sweet. That said, the food was disappointing. My husband got the Reuben. It had chipped beef instead of sliced, and he had to ask for sauce, which came in a packet that had something sticky on it. My eggs were undercooked, even for over easy. The whites were still mostly liquid. The biscuits on my biscuits and gravy were also undercooked and doughy in the middle and the gravy had no flavor. The cheese sticks were fine, but the marinara was essentially tomato puree. It wasn't bad enough to send back and fine for a random lunch stop while killing time, but definitely didn't feel like it was worth the cost.

Can't get an answer on the phone to place an order, even come to an empty restaurant.
After a bad first experience, I decided to give the place another try, which it reaffirmed my opinion. The food truly is not worth the price. My egg whites were still clear, and the biscuit with gravy weren’t good. For almost $14, I would rather go to other breakfast establishments.
