Guac box has been a staple of my taco diet for many years now. If one could equate their chips to something I would equate them to the Navy Seals. In fact, I’d go as far as saying their chips are Seal Team 6. Most chips you find at other places break when dipping, and thus require a rescue mission be deployed with another chip to rescue the pieces that broke. Not Guac Box chips. Their food truck was booked for an outside festival my band played at. Got three Kelly tacos with chicken on flour tortillas. They were awesome!! Generous portions and the queso with crunchy shoestring potatoes on them is a nice touch!! I would have posted pictures but it was too dark ?

I picked up a couple of large nachos to go for our group of 6 and was not prepared for just how many nachos that would be.We grabbed a Loaded Large and a Diablo Large. Of the two, we enjoyed the Loaded more. The Diablo was spicy, but seemed like it had less flavor and fewer toppings overall. The chips in both are really good - crispy and hot.This is a good option if you want to feed a large group.
