Vienna is a pillar for community and inclusion in West Lafayette. The owner treats customers like family and all are welcome. I can’t imagine my hometown without this place.
Any establishment that checks customers religions before being served is totally objectionable. Even worse when they refuse to serve customers who say they are Jews. This is terrorizing and totally un-American.
Students not being served because they are Jewish!!!!!! Antisemitism at its finest! It’s unacceptable to ask people what their religion is before they order at a restaurant!
The cashier who couldn’t decide what shade of blond to get didn’t even let me finish my order before giving me a total. She seemed extremely inconvenienced by the fact that I also wanted a drink. I ordered a watermelon refresher with a breakfast sandwich. The eyeliner girl then yelled out my sandwich order was ready by saying “egg and cheese sandwich with bacon and spinach…no egggghhh??” with the most disgusted face and pushed it away while rolling her eyes. Overall the food/drinks are good but both those employees make the cafe intolerable.

The food and drinks were good, specifically the refreshers and the hummus. But the barista with the winged eyeliner was rude as soon as we walked up and it seemed like taking our order was a huge inconvenience for her. When I asked if a food item contained dairy, I was met with a sarcastic "Yeah of course, it has eggs and mayonnaise." This happened in front of someone who appeared to be a manager or owner, and he didn't really seem phased by it. So maybe avoid this place if you have dietary restrictions, since they seem bothered by inquiries and ill-informed. With the plethora of other cafes in town, I'm not sure why I would come back here.

I was really excited to try this coffee shop because I had never been to a more authentic one! Unfortunately the lady that took my order was very rude and wanted me to know exactly what I wanted right away.. they have a huge menu!! I ordered a pistachio drink with oat milk. The drink I got had almond milk in it (without a doubt) and it ruined the whole experience for me because it overpowered the pistachio in the drink, as pistachio doesn’t have a strong flavor. If I didn’t mind the taste of almond milk, this may not have been that big of an issue, but it’s one of the worst milk alternatives to exist and I definitely did not order it. The atmosphere in the shop was pretty nice though, I suppose. So that’s a plus. Just wish I didn’t waste $6 on a drink that wasn’t even made properly.

This place was alright until I found out they host monthly satanist meetings. Yeah I’m not supporting anyone who supports satanic worship.

I’m giving the food a 4 star because the menu is limited, by design I think, which works for being efficient and timely. What’s on offer however is excellent. I had the egg and cheese sandwich and their chocolate muffin. Service is friendly and helpful. They seem to be having a good time while working, which always makes for happy customers. For now, this is my favorite coffee shop in West Lafayette.

I’m not sure about the other baristas, but the one that helped me was incredibly rude. The food was good though.

I've come in every day since I came in the other day for the first time and the quality is always good! I get a double latte and the espresso is always perfectly adjusted (neither bitter or sour) and the pastries are delicious. The prices are super low and I honestly am always surprised by how good the quality of the items for how little you pay for them. The staff is all nice and have super good vibes!! 10/10 will be bringing everyone I know in :)

Our Americano was wonderful, crowned with crema, smooth with rich caramel/chocolate notes that nicely lingered. My husband and I agreed it was among the best we've had.Our cake pop was delightful! The chocolate that coated it was rich and high quality. We noticed that they had plenty of vegan friendly and some gluten free options available for sweet foods. Plenty of coffee, tea, and other drinks mean there's a lot of options there when going with family and friends. The atmosphere is very inviting with some nice street/tree views. A handy fence/rail is great for locking ones bicycle to, should one wish to travel by bike.Fast and friendly service, lovely beverages and food make Vienna a real blessing to our city. We will definitely return!
Vegetarian options: Nice options for those who are vegan!
Dietary restrictions: Had some gluten free labelled items. :)
