The restaraunt has great food and service but not opening until 7am really knocks som points down when my all the other locations open at 6:30am. What's the point of a breakfast menu if you're not open for blue collar workers to get their breakfast?

This location is, in my opinion, the best one in the area. The building is clean and modern, and the staff is as good or better than at any other location. A downside, is that the parking lot can be difficult to access and the spaces are limited.

AMAZING burgers as always, server was nice, and I tried a new shake (thin mint frosty) which was great 👍 but probably unhealthy. 🙀 Vibe was OK, a step up from most Wendy’s.

My issue with this particular location is that when I order my food I asked for sweet tea this makes the second time that they've gotten it wrong, the first time they gave me the sweet tea soda out of the machine, didn't taste bad but I don't need the carbonation, this time around the guy said he would go to the back and get me sweet tea that they brewed today well guess what it wasn't sweet tea at all it was just regular Plain Jane watered-down tea, then he told me he would give me a sugar packet to sweeten it up with that is not the same, I try to be a good customer, I visit this location quite often but evidently it takes giving them a bad review to get the manager to pull his/her head out of their rearend, and get onto the employees, this is not the way to do business I would have been completely fine with taking straight up water vs having watered down tea, the franchise owner needs to be aware of the laziness of their employees.... this location definitely needs massive Improvement
I've visited here on and off while visiting friends in Lafayette and I've never had an issue until about a month ago. I was on a long walk most of the day and got really hungry and really tired so I decided to stop by no issue, right?
Well, first it took them about ten minutes to even take my order, and then another five minutes to get my food pretty slow, but whatever. But, once I got my food I went to sit down and eat, and then as I was eating a homosexual man with pink hair and tight shorts came over with his order. Right as he was passing me, he stopped, turned toward me and my food, and COUGHED directly in my direction!!
I confronted the guy because it was clear he knew what he was doing, and the racist woman running the register told ME to stop antagonizing! She refused to listen to my side of the story and even threatened to call the cops when I asked for my order to be remade.
I left, and the next day I ended up getting a cold which was likely due to the homosexual coughing on me and I had to head home early as a result. Thanks for running my visit!

Ordered Breakfast before the deadline on the app, when we arrived we were told they “ no longer had the product in the store” and the order didn’t come in on their check-in on time. When my girlfriend asked why since we ordered on time the lady at the window got an attitude with her and just said they didn’t have the product anymore, it seems they just shut breakfast down early. Terrible service from the drive through worker and who I assume was the manager who just stood behind her.
