Im being as fair as I can be here. I like Wendy's the food taste better and there's a good breakfast deal right now. That said you should know there were bits if eggshell in my sandwich from the egg(obviously) and thats seriously not a problem we should be having. Hope yall work on that.

There breakfast is amazing. U highly recommend trying the breakfast baconator and large seasoned potato wedges. They are to me 10/10 plus 5 star rating. And there salad is really good. They are very friendly. The staff helped me one time when I didn't have enough money for a large potato wedge. Plz give em a try!

This restaurant needs better employees, first the guy that was at the first window (where you pay) didn’t even make eye contact just told me my total, which i get because i also work in a fast food restaurant so i get that some days are better than others. THEN at the second window this lady handed out my THREE drinks (keep that in mind.) I got a tangerine lemonade which is new. It wasn’t stirred, good way to represent that this new item is good by the way. I also got a frosty, I was in a rush so I didn’t really check that well. I was more focused on how she opened the window handed me my stuff DIDNT SAY A WORD and then shut the window and gave me a dirty look. I got ranch for my chicken nuggets, just to find out there’s no ranch in the bag. I got 3 drinks with only 2 straws and no spoon for my frosty. Please teach better training skills to your staff thank you!

I like to give grace to fast food workers as I also work in fast food and know how terrible it can be. However the lady working drive through today not only glared at me and my boyfriend the entire time we were paying, they also got my order wrong. I got two drinks and a burger. it took almost 10 minutes to get my food despite them having more than enough people working, all of whom I could see on their phones and talking to each other from the window. She didnt even give me my receipt. Maybe if the workers here werent so busy giggling in the back itd have better service.

When I went inside to correct the drinks they got wrong, it again took almost 10 minutes, 15 if you count how long it took for someone to come to the counter and all that was before they even told us oops we need to make more coffee! What in the world were you doing before? Scratch that I could see them. Talking and being on their phones from the counter the entire time.

Disrespectful and dissapointing. Just what youd expect from a poorly managed Wendys, this doesnt even mention how dirty the lobby was, which I had a good long look at despite wanting to get my food in drive. I wouldnt be surprised if they only cleaned once at close.

DO BETTER.
