I like to give grace to fast food workers as I also work in fast food and know how terrible it can be. However the lady working drive through today not only glared at me and my boyfriend the entire time we were paying, they also got my order wrong. I got two drinks and a burger. it took almost 10 minutes to get my food despite them having more than enough people working, all of whom I could see on their phones and talking to each other from the window. She didnt even give me my receipt. Maybe if the workers here werent so busy giggling in the back itd have better service.
When I went inside to correct the drinks they got wrong, it again took almost 10 minutes, 15 if you count how long it took for someone to come to the counter and all that was before they even told us oops we need to make more coffee! What in the world were you doing before? Scratch that I could see them. Talking and being on their phones from the counter the entire time.
Disrespectful and dissapointing. Just what youd expect from a poorly managed Wendys, this doesnt even mention how dirty the lobby was, which I had a good long look at despite wanting to get my food in drive. I wouldnt be surprised if they only cleaned once at close.

Food was ok but the floors are greasy big trip and fall hazard. When are if they can re mop the floors they said it just needs to dry. FYI grease doesn’t dry.
Went to go get Frosties, and they were just warm cups of mush. They were supposed to be mediums, but they seemed pretty small to me. And I guess they don’t do pup cups anymore. The kid at the window just caustically said no when I asked him if I could have one. I just shared mine with my doggo anyway. Rude service, mean to dogs, and quality of product wasn’t even very good. Wendy’s, do better.

We placed an order ahead of time and got confirmation it was ready. We than had to wait 25 mins line at the front counter while our food got cold. Called manager and he was clueless about what was happening. Sad
