Showed up at 5:55PM 12/30/2024 and I can hear the employees in the back giggling and carrying on. Here waiting, I sat down and waited for someone to actually come from the back. Finally after 29 minutes (6:24PM), They came to the front was because some machine started beeping continiously for the last 5 minutes. Insane waiting 29 minutes just to not have anyone at all ever show their face to the front of their store. By that time, I left without ordering anything. Ive spent over $250 dollars here the last two weeks buying coffee, and books from this establishment while I sit and work So i enjoy it when i can actually get my coffee. Hopefully the owner fixes that issue.

Waited 10 minutes at the drive thru window to pay and get my drink. There were three workers inside working on drinks and not a single person comes to check me out for over 10 minutes. My drink was ready waiting on the counter, just no one could take the minute to cash me out. I have worked drive thru for years and couldn’t imagine making someone wait 10 minutes for a basic $6!!!! coffee… it’s just disrespectful.

We just visited this coffee shop while in Michigan a few days ago during our camping trip. I was so surprised at the drink list..absolutely loved it! We got back home and I told my daughter that I wished they were in Indiana. I looked it up and they were! I was absolutely thrilled and went the next day to the one in Westfield. Clerks were great along with the food and of course, the drinks were good. I just have a teeny suggestion..not everyone will like it I realize. I wish the addition of cream cheese to both top and bottom of waffle sandwich was standard. The first location we went to in Michigan just added it and it was so good. The waffles sandwiches have, or tastes like they have sugar crystals on them. So good. I like the fact that from Michigan to Indiana, the flavors in everything were consistent. THIS is my new coffee spot. Thank you Biggby!

As a former Michigander, I am happy there is a Biggby in Westfield! The service and bragels are outstanding and I love that there are so many drinks options and sugar free flavors. Great work from home place that plays great music!
Carmel frappe is the best and blows Starbucks coffee away. Sausage egg cheese bagel is out the world.

Love that this awesome coffee shop is literally in my backyard. I have only tried the caramel blended frozen coffee, but it did not disappoint. It was better than the popular coffee chain by far. It tasted like an actual caramel coffee drink. I dint know what kind of coffee they use, but it is for sure a premium, bold bean. Love it!

This coffee shop has a large and tasty variety of bagel sandwiches, and their coffee ain't too bad either (I had an iced matcha coffee.) Ordered via drive-thru-wait times are a little long due to food being made fresh, but it's worth it.

Really do not have anything bad to say about their coffee, however I don't think it is worth the wait. The staff is friendly and I don't think they are overly priced. I just simply don't think this place should have a drive thru. It always takes really long even when I'm the only car in line. I wish it was just a small business as they claim, where you could come in and have a cup of coffee. They really don't have enough food to be considered a place to stop for breakfast or lunch really either, so the drive thru seems pointless. If you are looking to pick something up on your way to work, there are plenty of other places. If you're looking for a good cup of coffee and have plenty of time on your hands, then Biggby is a good choice.
