I'm leaving 5 starts because the staff is doing the best they can with what they have. They explained that the hvac system is broken. Its absolutely absurd to me that the GM or branch manager hasn't done anything to try to mitigate this heat. The staff are absolutely sweating their butts off struggling to try to work. Again the food was fine and the service was great given the circumstances. I'm absolutely disgusted that upper level management didn't do anything to at least help the staff. A couple simple fans at least.

It's BK... pretty standard, no surprises. Food as expected. Bathroom absolutely disgusting... wouldn't have eaten there if I would have went in pre-meal... The dining room temp inside (summer) was warmer than outside. Easily in the 90s... sweating while I ate... absurd. There were elderly people in there struggling...management wouldn't turn A/C higher and cool the inside. Terrible. Idiotic touch screen soda machine. Bib was out for several flavors... management did nothing.

Food was hot and fresh, something I never see from my local BK down south. Staff is always super friendly any time I come in and are very personable. I really enjoy coming to this location
Wanted to add a couple whopper jr. Sandwiches to my order when I got to the window, (Which if I remember correctly after working there in highschool only takes less than 2 minutes). I only ordered 2 value meals with a jr. Anyway, but she tells me at the window that I would have to go back around in line because other people are behind me and I would make them wait to long for their food. Litterally acting rude about it. Oh and after looking behind me at the drive thru area including speaker, their was 1 vehicle behind me....1 person in it

Wrong meal again. I’m done coming here in the morning. I asked for double sausage meal and when I got to work I opened it up and it was double egg with one sausage. This place deserves a 1.5 stars. Never wasting my time or money on this place again. 🗑️
