Went through the drive through around the beginning of lunchtime, order a burger drive through went good. Got to the window and I see the manager handling the food with dirty fingernails and was automatically disgusted and told him I didn’t want it anymore, and he had the audacity to get a attitude with me!

I finally am giving up on this location. I’ve had 3 orders for delivery show as having been picked up, only to watch the delivery time increase and then have the order cancelled. When we actually do get an order, it almost always has at least one error. DONE

We actually stopped here on our own home from Indianapolis in the middle of the night. We decided Burger King sounded good so we located this store that was open at 3am. The food was hot, tasted good and definitely fresh. I would assume the dining room would be good too.

6:30am, the guy gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich (bacon not ham) and he acted and sounded like he didn’t give a crap.
I'm leaving 5 starts because the staff is doing the best they can with what they have. They explained that the hvac system is broken. Its absolutely absurd to me that the GM or branch manager hasn't done anything to try to mitigate this heat. The staff are absolutely sweating their butts off struggling to try to work. Again the food was fine and the service was great given the circumstances. I'm absolutely disgusted that upper level management didn't do anything to at least help the staff. A couple simple fans at least.

It's BK... pretty standard, no surprises. Food as expected. Bathroom absolutely disgusting... wouldn't have eaten there if I would have went in pre-meal... The dining room temp inside (summer) was warmer than outside. Easily in the 90s... sweating while I ate... absurd. There were elderly people in there struggling...management wouldn't turn A/C higher and cool the inside. Terrible. Idiotic touch screen soda machine. Bib was out for several flavors... management did nothing.
