After ordering delivery this evening, I remembered why I don't like this Chipotle and haven't ordered from it for a couple of years. Probably the worst Chipotle in the entire country. My drink (in a glass bottle) was dropped on top of my food in the bag and busted the aluminum top off the paper burrito bowl container, sending the contents everywhere inside the bag. The food that remained in the container was stone cold. This was disappointing in every measurable metric. I'd like to blame delivery for this but I've had the same poor experience with takeout here, too. I will not be returning to this Chipotle and I certainly will not be ordering delivery from it ever again. It either needs a new manager or just needs to close. For the price, quality, and experience, there are definitely better places to eat around here.

Tables were messy but it was very busy so I'm assuming the workers didn't have time to wipe tables. But the staff was nice and friendly. Bathroom was ok.

This store is trash. They are constantly out of items. They don’t refund you if they screw up. They don’t care when they are wrong. They underestimate how long preparing food will take and then aren’t sorry when you get your food 40 minutes late. Absolute garbage. The management sucks.

Garbage! I was Served Absolute Garbage! Carne Asade that was Tough and Nasty like it'd been sitting for a Week. Rancid Sour Cream. Customer Support didn't Care. Food was NOT Edible!

Ill say this the lady was nice but the food was horrible and was such a waste of money and i couldnt even eat it. The burrito i got wasnt even fully wrapped and a quaternof it fell out before i could take a bite and was also noticeably cold and im never going to go to this location again

This store is declining. I waited in the drive through line for over an hour. When I got to the window, our food wasn't made. There were 5 people inside. 1 making food, 1 filling napkins in the dinning area (dining room was closed) 2 people sat and talked the entire time I sat at the window, 1 was cooking in the back. This is becoming a common occurrence at this location. Very disappointing that I will have to start driving to a different location.
While this isn’t the best location, I try not to fault it too much. It’s constantly swarmed by Grand Park visitors and event traffic — far more than one Chipotle can handle smoothly. Another location closer to Grand Park would really help distribute the crowd.

This location is always out of key ingredients. Recently they’ve been out of rice, cheese, or even guac in the evening, nowhere near closing time. I recently had to throw away a sofritas bowl because it was rock hard and inedible. Chipotle needs to retrain everyone at this location and change management here.

We have dined at this location a few times now and it has not improved. The dining room today had food and trash all over very unappealing. The brown rice and chicken were super salty to the port I was not able to eat all of my meal. It looked as though the location was understaffed. They were low on a lot of the ingredients scraping the bottom for chicken and cheese. Hopefully whoever owns this location will take notice and fix the issues as this is a prime location.
