I ordered Chipotle through Uber Eats and was really disappointed when the bowls arrived — they looked skimpy and almost half-eaten. Totally unacceptable.

I went back to the store about 20 minutes before closing and the manager on duty was extremely gracious and very apologetic. He didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience at all, even though it was so close to closing time. He had our bowls remade and even cooked fresh chicken for us. I really appreciated how he handled the situation and made things right. I forgot to get his name.

If you order pickup, be prepared to wait 10-30 minutes in line to get your order. Even just 3 cars in front of you may result in 20 minutes of waiting.

Don’t recommend ordering drinks at this location. Ice and soda machines are chronically out (have left feedback 3x and discussed with staff). Is disingenuous to sell people $3 sodas only to have no ice and drink choices being empty. I was told they share syrup between fountains, so if one line is down, both lines are out. Today’s warm wrong-cola frustrated me enough to leave this message.

Spending 20$ on a bowl of food only to receive it half filled was enough for me. Never going back. When I pay 6$ for extra meat, I expect EXTRA MEAT.

The decline at this location of the years is so bad.
Consistently getting a significantly less portion size than nearby locations. Ingredients tend to be lukewarm at the warmest. Tables are always filthy. Workers seem miserable. New leadership is needed.

I am not sure why I keep coming back. Location on Pennsylvania in Carmel is far superior and worth the extra travel time.

I eat at this Chipotle regularly, and every time I ask myself why I keep coming back. The service is always horrible, the employees are always so rude. The portions are never consistent and they are regularly out of the main ingredients. It sucks because this is the closest location to where I live, but I am willing to drive further to never step foot in this store again.

Stopped in to eat at 11 am and no fajita veggies were available. I was told it would be quite a while before any were ready. Does management not know they open at 10:45? Poor job of prepping for opening. Not acceptable to not have product ready at open when customers are going to arrive.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but if you want your order made correctly and on time, steer clear of this location. I placed a mobile order today with a ‘ready’ time of 1:40. At 2:15 I finally made it to the window. Food wasn’t even started. At 2:25 I received my food with a ‘sorry for the wait’. I pulled up to check my order only to find I was missing my guac. Pretty common occurrence at this location so I always check before I leave. Pulled around to the front to go inside only to see a sign that says ‘temporarily closed’. Great, now I get to Chat with Pepper. Most UNHELPFUL system btw. She’s adding a free guac to my wallet. Cool, what about my wait and the fact that when I got home to eat my meal it looked like it’d been thrown together in 2 seconds (bc it had). How do you get an actual customer service rep at this place??

Let me say I understand it’s Sunday, it’s nice out, you’re close to grand park, but how long have you been open that you should know how a day like today might go? The entire place was dirty, but I was going to look past that between the several groups of kids that come and go from this location. I waited upwards of 20-25 minutes in a very long line. I’m not going to say no one was working hard, they were. With the exception of the kid at the cash registered who was standing there eating chips, not even bothering to wipe off the very dirty countertop next to the cash register. I guess my real frustration came when it was FINALLY my turn to order. I had heard two people before me try to ask for cheese on their burrito bowl to which the kid with the green hair and numerous facial piercings said they were out of cheese. Ok I guess I have some shredded cheese at home. So I order a burrito bowl, ask for chicken, only to be told they are out of chicken. I was bummed because nothing else seemed appetizing to me. So I asked what the other meat was, some kind of spicy chicken but it was an up charge. Why should I have to pay more for something I didn’t really want when you were out of what I wanted? Whatever. We move to salsas and I see the empty bowl of pico and ask if there’s more, nope. They are out of that too. That was it for me, I left. I waited that long for them to not even have the things I wanted. I know they were busy I know they were going as fast as they can (most of them) but for the love of god don’t let people wait in that line when you’re out of things. Oh they were out of ice too

Do not think all Chipotles are created equal - this has got to be the worst. At 2:30pm in the afternoon (well after lunch rush), the trash overflowing, lemonade/drinks out, food station is a mess and they were out of several protein options and the bins that kept the food looked disgusting. At the prices they are charging, it’s simply unacceptable. We left before ordering and will not be back to this location.
