I ordered Chipotle through Uber Eats and was really disappointed when the bowls arrived — they looked skimpy and almost half-eaten. Totally unacceptable.

I went back to the store about 20 minutes before closing and the manager on duty was extremely gracious and very apologetic. Was visiting my stage 4 cancer best friend when the smoky brisket bowl commercial came on and he hadn’t eaten hardly anything in several days and he requested the brisket bowl! So I hurried & left the hospital and went to Chipotle in Westfield, I only had $12 at the time and when I found out it cost $14 I was distressed, when Gavin, the one serving me said he hadn’t taken his lunch yet, he would give it to me at his lunch discount of half off!!! Only order here in person so you can watch them make your food. Our last 2 mobile orders have been majorly wrong. Tonight they forgot my tomato salsa, corn salsa, sour cream, and guacamole. That's literally half the ingredients in my bowl. But when they make it right, it's the standard yummy Chipotle.
