The wife had a chicken sandwich on a pretzle-type bun; I had the single deluxe butterburger. She got the onion rings and I got the fries, which we shared. It was a good meal. I didn't know they had their own brand of root beer. Good stuff!

Was amazing, one of the best fast food EXPERIENCES I've ever had, staff was friendly and super helpful. The food was killer and the prices are justifiable the chicken tenders are well battered and fried perfectly and the chili cheese fries just make my mouth water. 10/10 would reccomend.

This location is usually stellar. Great kids, they get the job done, they are fast, and accurate. I can count on one hand that I’ve had issues with my order. I am writing to bring attention to the service that myself and several other customers experienced tonight. Firstly, the team was very nice. It was only the one young lady named Kylie who was bringing out orders. Me as well as 3 other car groups were stuck waiting for our food for over 20 mins while other customers who had arrived and ordered after us had their orders delivered first. I understand that custard orders are very simple orders may come out much quicker, but these were bagged orders. Kylie would come out of the restaurant and immediately start delivering to the vehicles behind myself, the car in front of me, the 3 cars behind. Suddenly the 2 cars behind me got served and i made room for them to leave by scooting up. Order 175 was still sitting there and i was order 181. I called the restaurant as it was starting to become ridiculous and Kylie answered. I did not get belligerent or rude, i just simply let her know several of us were wondering if something had gone wrong. She said “no” and asked my order. I told her my number and said said “I was just about to bring it to you”. When she finally showed up, i asked “did something happen?” And she said “nope, have a good night”. My food was cold which tells me that it had been sitting…. Which is not good when i have mayo on my burger. I also noticed she ONLY brought my order and still not customer 175s order nor the gentleman behind me or anyone else’s. As she was heading back into the restaurant, the customer for order 175 stopped her. She was visibly much more upset than me and rightfully so. Kylie showed no consideration or concern for her disorganization. She was delivering food put of chronological order and it caused a back up in the line and very upset customers. I’m writing because out of all the years I've been coming here, (i come at least once a week), i have never experienced such negligent behavior. She didn't apologize nor did she show any awareness that she was screwing up. Please retrain her, or set her to bus tables until she gathers the skill to be customer facing.

Ordered a small concrete mixer, that’s it, was told to pull around, and after over ten minutes and watching the car in-front of me and the two cars behind me get bags of food and’s ice cream and even waiting a few more minutes I finally went inside. Brought my number in and said I’ve been waiting over ten minutes and all cars behind me have gotten their food, I was then told to wait a minute and they walked away to a register and started working on something else completely dismissing me. Finally got my food from someone else without even an apology. The concrete mixer tasted like ice and not worth the wait. This is the third time I’ve gone thru this drive thru and got terrible service, just watched as every car who was behind me get food first, I’ve even seen them come out with a tablet and quite literally take the three cars behind me orders while I had to sit in line behind 4 other cars and watched as 3 cars who arrived after me left 10 minutes before me. Tonight was the third strike and I’m done with this Culver’s.
