Food was so good as usual. Staff were friendly. Parking was hard to get as it was dinner time, but that tells you how busy it gets. The only advice is to take care of the restrooms as it was not clean specially during busy hours.
Do not buy here for work/group meals. We had this location on our rotation for 1-2x per month for our weekly company lunch and about 1/2 the time they miss something (items or special requests done wrong or not at all), most often more than one thing wrong. Today we waited 20 mins curbside (after ordering online, driving, and waiting to click the app to let them know we arrived). Got the food, got back to office (late), and still had to let some coworkers go without food because this location can't get their act together enough to ensure everything is in the order (not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd time for this). I am done with this location and recommend NO ONE order for larger group takeout unless you take everything out before leaving and verifying each item (Literally open the wrapper as any special requests have a good chance of being wrong) while also accepting IT WILL be late.

Everything menu I have tried has tasted really gòod.
This place is disgusting. I got two basket and one of them missing tenders. On the purchase date also mixed up that wasted 30 min of my time but they dont even say sorry. Asked me to come back and pick up then when I come, they said whoever talked to you is wrong. Hey, I lived in Franklin which 30 min from your dirty place and mot free to come and pick it. Burger is greedy, attitude the worst. That’s why your sale dropped this bad.

For what it is, great burger. I feel like dining in and ordering from the counter is usually much faster than the drive-thru - could be wrong though as I'd imagine it'd be a simple FIFO system but, again, it just feels that way. Not a fan of their fries but the delicious burger makes up for it.

Drive thru order never came out. Was dismissed by front of house when I came in, said they didn't have it. Had to leave and call the store to get anyone to give a shit. The manager was fine and was able to look up my order but at that point I just went somewhere else. Waste of money and time. If it's busy don't go here they're incapable of handling it, always have been.
