Same response as everyone else. There is a brain freeze from reading the order to fulfilling the order. The food is great and the kids that work there are very nice. But God bless them they haven’t got an order right the last three visits. It’s correct on the screen but always wrong in the bag. We’re going to try the one in Carmel and see if they can do better

Blessed that this Culvers location is so close to home because this will be the go to during busy nights or need to take a break from cooking!
Our second time in today within a span of a week and already I'm loving the freshness and flavor of the food that is served.
Certainly a bit of a wait, so plan accordingly, but you can't beat the taste and how hot the burgers come out!
On both occasions I had the double bacon butterburger and on both they were excellent!

I went to this establishment about 5 minutes after they opened for the day. I ordered a salad, this was the biggest waste of money. The grilled chicken wasn't good, the cucumbers were soggy, the tomatoes were wilted and so was some of the lettuce. This was almost $9.00, they should be ashamed, I wanted to reach out to the GM because no one else should have to deal with this.

We are done with this Culver’s. We’ve had multiple bad experiences. The drive thru line consistently takes 20-30 minutes around dinner time. Tonight, I waited 30 minutes with my 3 young kids in the car. When I got home the plain kids burger that I ordered had everything on it which resulted in a very upset child who had waited a long time for her food. I checked the order and it indeed said “plain” so someone made it wrong.

Attempted to get a carryout order this evening. At first we thought we had everything but then when we opened the bags of food we were missing a side after being assured that it was in there. After driving back to the location to retrieve the side we paid for a conversation took place with the manager/owner. This has happened twice previously and consecutively. After attempting to fix the situation with the manager/owner, the manager/owner made no attempt to apologize or fix the situation, only making excuses. This place deserves 0 stars for its inability to correctly bag food.

We went through the drivethru. We got home and realized they forgot the kids chicken tender meal. This was after they initially forgot the ice cream. We tried calling the number and the line rang buiy and call failed. Tried another line and same thing. Initially it rang and then just directly to call failed Hope to get a call back and get to understand more of their service. Have only had a few times in the over 20 trips. 3 major issues as this one in the past 6mos
Excellent burgers and chicken options, one of my favorite places to go. The last time I got a concrete mixer (first one in 15 years), I was disappointed by how melted it was by the time I received it in the drive thru; it was really more like eating melted custard than frozen custard, and I hope the next visit will be different.
